Olivia's POV:

"It's the first day of school tomorrow and you're going out this late?" Phoebe asked while I was getting ready for senior scribe tonight. "Wait, is there another supernatural mission? Can I come with?" She excitedly clapped her hands.

"Thankfully it's not." I chuckle. "Honestly this is the longest I've gone without worrying about something trying to kill us and I want it to stay that way." I turn to face her, holding up a black leather jacket and a denim jacket. "Which one?"

"Can't go wrong with black." She pointed and I nod, putting the denim jacket back in my closet before slipping on the leather jacket. "So you're not going on a secret mission today?"

"So you're not going on a secret mission today?"

"No Phoebe, I'm not." I amused my smile.

"Okay...got it." She nods with a bit of suspicion. "Then I won't bring your library card which I cut into a ninja star." She winked.

I narrowed my eyes. "You cut my library card?"

She grabs something from her desk and holds my library card that was indeed cut into a ninja star. "Into a ninja star!"

"You owe me a library card." I snatch the card out of her hands which causes her to pout.

"If it's not supernatural then...oh!" Her eyes widen in realization. "Are you going out with your girlfriend?"

"First off, we're just friends. I've just been helping her out with her nightmares for about a month now." I say and Phoebe playfully rolled her eyes. "Second, I'm not because I'm meeting up with my friends."

"But where?" She whined as she plopped on my bed. "I already finished organizing my backpack for tomorrow and I want to get out of the house."

"I'm going somewhere where only people my age get to go to." I say and walk over to her, patting her leg for her to scoot over. "I'll make it up to you. Tomorrow we'll go out for coffee before school. My treat."

"Deal." She muttered before turning her head to face me. "So you're going to meet with your friends, but how are you feeling about seeing Allison?" A small ache hits my chest at the mention of her name but I quickly push the feeling down. "You haven't seen her or the rest of your friends for like two months since our trip to Miami and didn't tell them we came back early. Aren't you afraid things might've changed? What if something breaks all of you guys apart?"

"Things are different but I doubt it'll affect any of my friendships." The sound of Stiles' car-horn blared outside and I quickly get up from the bed, grabbing my keys from the hook. "See, I'll take that as a sign that things are finally going to be normal for once. Mom and Dad are busy at work so if you need anything, just call me and I'll get here as soon as I can."

"I know, I know." She waved her hand dismissively. "Have fun with whatever you guys are doing."

"I should be back by one-thirty! Bye!" I call out and shut the door behind me, quickly running down the stairs until I reached the front door. I pull open the door and lock it behind me before I completely shut it.
