A/N: I decided to be nice and update a day early :) enjoy

Olivia's POV:

"Marie-Jeanne, I ask for you to think this through. I beg of you, please."

I turn at the voice and my eyes widen slightly at the sight of Allison and I clasping onto each other's hands as they sat in the middle of the woods.

However, they were dressed in what seemed to be in the 1700s.

This has to be Marie-Jeanne.

"Ophelia, you have done all that you can for me and I will be forever grateful for that." Marie-Jeanne whispered, tears threatening to fall from her eyes as she reached to brush her thumb across Ophelia's cheek to wipe away the tears that fell. "You have to go."

"Is what we have so meaningless that you desire to cast me away?" Ophelia shook her head with disbelief. "I refuse to leave your side and I will not run away. I am not afraid."

"Do you not understand? I do not want to risk harm upon you!" Marie-Jeanne exclaimed. "It would break my heart if Sebastien severely injured you and I would never be able forgive myself if he..."

Marie-Jeanne's voice cracks at the end, causing Ophelia to kiss her knuckles with a small smile. "Our time together is something I will always hold in my heart. Marie-Jeanne, you and I as one will be powerful against him. I promise, mon amour."

The corners of Marie-Jeanne's lips perk up at the name. "You have been learning?"

"Only from the best." Ophelia proudly stated with a grin, tucking in some of the strands of Marie-Jeanne's hair behind her ear.

"Well then..." Marie-Jeanne leaned close to her ear and whispered something in Ophelia's ear, causing the girl's eyes to widen in shock, her cheeks flushed in embarrassment.

"Embrasse-moi comme si c'était notre dernière nuit." I jump at the sudden voice and look to the side, seeing as Ophelia sadly stared at herself and Marie-Jeanne, lovingly holding each other close as they stared into the fire. "Kiss me like it is our last night."

I furrow my brows in confusion as I glanced between Ophelia (who is literally the duplicate version of me) and the old memory of her and Marie-Jeanne. "You seem upset by that. How come?"

She turns away as soon as she and Marie-Jeanne cover themselves with the blanket and continues to walk, causing me to follow behind her. "She attempted to tie my hands once I fell asleep but I caught her before she could escape."

Our surroundings shifted around us and this time it showed Ophelia and Marie-Jeanne with tears in their eyes.

"How could you even think to leave?" Ophelia harshly remarked as she tried to untie the knots around her ankles and hands. "Instead of giving a proper goodbye, you chose to tie me up? This is twisted."

"I-It was the only way to ensure your safety, Ophelia." Marie-Jeanne shakily whispered before she crouched down to her level. "I could not bear to look you in the eyes to tell you I'm leaving."

"And this is any better? Marie-Jeanne, you cannot do this alone. Ma amour, let me aid you a-and we can be together. Please, I-I want for us to have a future. You can teach the children your fighting abilities a-and I'll teach them...I'll teach them anything! Just please, do not go."
