lou: maybe it is because i don't have family

lou: you know what's fucking hopeless?? when during panic attacks your head is dizzy and you feel numb and the only thing you can find is the blade and you know what? dragging that blade across my skin makes me calmer than anything

harry jane: listen and listen damn good because I'm only going to say this once . keep your phone on you at all times and whenever you have a panic attack you pick up your phone and text us promise
