Part 12 || fun day

A/N's POV

The two entered the mall and they stood still not knowing where to go first

Jake: "where do you wanna go first?" He questioned the girl

Y/N: "hmmm wanna go eat first so we're full the whole day?" The boy agreed and they chose a restaurant that was simple yet the food was delicious. The waiter came and was ready to take their orders. They said theirs orders and handed back the menus.

Jake: "so what made you transfer to **** college?" The girl thought about it

Y/N: "It's been my dream since I was a kid. It seemed like a good school and-" y/n stopped mid sentence when she was about to mention that it was the dream of her boyfriend and her to go to the same college but because of some family circumstances on his side he wasn't able to go

Jake: "and what?" Y/n smiled and shook her head left and right

Y/N: "nothing sorry" she chuckled, the boy raised an eyebrow at her but shrugged it off. He didn't want to force her to tell him something she didn't want to. Y/n received a ding on her phone and she went to check it. The screen showed Dongmin's message and she sighed and kept her phone back in her bag

Jake: "who was that? You looked frustrated"

Y/N: "sorry it was- uhmm it was my boyfriend" she quietly said like she didn't want to say she had a bf

Jake: "ohhh are you guys fighting?"

Y/N: "no it's nothing I just- *sigh* never mind let's change the subject" the boy fell silent after feeling like he pushed her too much. She felt him go quiet and she realized she might've brought out her anger at him so she decided to change the mood "so do you have a girlfriend?"

Jake: "me?" The boy laughed "nahh I don't have one" She felt like she wanted to joke around

Y/N: "what?" She said exaggeratedly "the Sim Jake doesn't have a girlfriend?" The boy rolled his eyes and they fell into a fit of laugher

Waiter: "here's your order" the waiter placed the food down and they each took a bite and hummed in delight from how good the food tasted. They both started eating not saying a single word from hunger. Y/n took a break and looked up at Jake. She chuckled at the sight of him slurping up some noodles

Jake: "what?" He asked with food in his mouth. The girl laughed

Y/N: "you look like a hungry puppy" he rolled his eyes yet again and continued eating. The boy smiled as he slurped up more noodles. He was blushing that y/n noticed him. He looked at the girl and noticed some sauce on her face. He stretched out his hand and wiped it off making his thumb brush against her lip. She looked at the boy surprised and waited for an explaination. He smirked and sucked his thumb clean

Jake: "you had sauce on your mouth" the boy chuckled and continued eating. The girl had no idea what to do. Everything moved so fast. One minute his thumb was on her lips and the next second he smirks like it was nothing?? Her heart skipped a beat but she quickly rubbed her chest to calm herself down. I mean come on! He didn't have to lick his thumb! The girl was trying not to show her smile so he wouldn't question her

As they finished their food with laughters in between they asked the waiter for the check. He placed it down and before y/n could even hold it, Jake put his card in and handed it back to the waiter

Y/N: "Jake I was gonna pay"

Jake: "it's not very gentleman like if I let the girl pay right?" She blushed again and the boy felt happy that she was making her smile. They bid goodbye after receiving back his card and as they were about to exit the manager stopped them
