I don't even bother to knock on the Undertaker's parlor door this time, and just open in and let myself in. Though as soon as I do so, something comes flying at my head. I catch it in my hand, soon realizing that it's a clay jar. I then look straight at Undertaker, who is still in the follow-through motion of when he first threw the jar. His breathing is a little hard and even though I can't really see his eyes, I can tell they are glowing hot.
"Now what if it were Lady McKenzie coming through instead of myself? You would surely have taken her head clean off," I say casually, sighing and setting the jar on a coffin. Undertaker straightened.
"Her? Coming back? Ha! Yeah, that definitely won't be happening today. Or anytime soon," Undertaker says.
"Is that so? And why do you think that?" I ask.
"Why should you care, demon?" Undertaker growls.
"Well, why shouldn't I? After all, you had put me in charge of looking for those men that were and possibly still are after Lady McKenzie," I tell him. The reaper then stiffens visibly, and I sigh. "They don't have her. Lady McKenzie had come to the Phantomhive Manor as a sobbing mess. She is in one of our guest rooms. Safe." I take a step forward. "Now that that's taken care of, I want you to tell me why she was running from the one man she loves more than anything in the world," I say, feeling my eyes flash briefly.
====UNDERTAKER====
"Cheating on you? Now why in the hell would you ever think she would do such a thing?" the butler asks in a demanding tone.
"I have a damn good reason to think that, demon, and it's a reason of my own!" I yell. The butler steps forward once more, but I stand my ground. He's on my property.
"Lady McKenzie is such a great young woman. She loves you, and I can see it in her eyes each and every time you're even mentioned. You now take her as an unfaithful girl. I honestly find that quite irritating, if you ask me," he says, cracking his knuckles. I narrow my eyes.
"I didn't ask you to begin with," I growl.
====MCKENZIE====
I know Sebastian is going to Adrien's. In fact, he most likely is already there. My tears don't slow, but another mood mixes in with my deastation and despair. Anger.
I was diagnosed at an early age with bipolar ADHD, depression, and anger, all being rather severe. And I know that when they happen to all mix together, it never goes well. However, I can't help it from happening.
Before I know it, I'm rising off the bed and walking to a framed picture of a daisy on the wall, and smash it with my fist, hearing the glass crack and shatter under my knuckles. Some of the glass sticks into my skin, but I can barely feel it at this point. With a wide, sweeping gesture, I knock a lamp off of a desk and hear the loud shatter as it makes contact with the ground. Some things turn into a blur as I do them, like throwing pillows and other bedding, smashing more glass objects, and so much more. Crimson blood drips to the ground, but I can't find myself to care as I continue.
After a long while, I fall to my knees, crying, and holding in my screams the best I can. I clench my eyes shut, my rapidly bleeding hands gripping and pulling painfully at my hair.
