====MCKENZIE====

I feel my face heat up slightly as Adrien begins to pull my robe up to put my boots on, but I quickly take them from him and put them on myself. Hey, he doesn't need to treat me like I'm the Queen or anything!

Once I feel the extra heat leave my face, I begin to think: I have never blushed before. There are times when my cheeks turned red, but it wasn't from blushing or anything. It just happened like that. So I find it strange now that Adrien makes me blush uncontrollably from things. Though it's not like I'm complaining or anything... However, it would be nice not to blush sometimes...

I look up at Sebastian, and he winks at me. Why-- I then see how Adrien is looking at me. Well, from whatever I can see since I can't really see his eyes. How does he even see, by the way? And... if he's a grim reaper, does he wear glasses? It never said anything in the show about it...

====UNDERTAKER====

It has been a week since I brought Mikki here. She really seems to be enjoying her time here, and I really love seeing her so happy.

Ever since Sebastian told me about Mikki's feelings for me, I started to watch her more closely. Ever since I met her, I was interested in her, but now it seems different. I've never felt this way before...

I knock on Mikki's door and I get no answer. Soon after, there is a small splash. "Lady Mikki must be bathing," I say to myself. I then go to a room a little smaller than my bedroom, and the walls are lined with books I have acquired over the years, and also from ones I received from the Earl Phantomhive whenever he ran out of room in his own library.

I go to a small stack on a little table and look through one at a time. None interest me at the moment. I sigh and continue looking, and I soon reach the last book. It's black and has a few deep green roses and vines on the cover. I think 'why not' and sit down in a chair and begin reading. Before I know it, I'm lost in the world of the book.

The mysterious book I am reading is about a young girl who doesn't physically age by years, but by centuries. She looks as if she is at the age of eighteen at the beginning of the book. I learn she can't die easily, and am reminded of demons or grim reapers. It turns out, she has fallen in love with someone, and is running out of time to tell him. Her father is after her, and he will end her life if she doesn't find a love for her life. At her age, without a love, she should be dead. However, she is on the run, and can't die unless she is found.

I hear a creak of a floorboard and turn my head to see Mikki peaking into the room, wearing her shorts and t-shirt just like she was wearing on the day I met her. She looked amazing. Luckily for me, I could watch her if my head is turned a certain way away from her, thanks to my hair covering my eyes.

I send her a warm smile and she takes that as her approval to come in. She sits in the chair next to me and curls her legs to her side on the chair. Mikki then glances at the books and grabs one, opens it to the middle, and flips through it. She puts it down, and picks up another to do the same to. This continues for a bit before she reaches a crimson colored book, flips through the middle, then to the beginning.

"What on earth are you doing?" I ask finally.

"This is how I find books. It's weird, I know, but there is no point in reading a book, waiting for a good part, then nothing happening. I simply scan the middle pages, then if it seems interesting, I go to the beginning and start reading it," Mikki explains. I smile at her and chuckle a little. I then mark the page I'm on and put the book in one of my inner robe pockets.

"Well, you read. I'm going to go and prepare dinner," I say before standing and walking to the kitchen.

Another week passes, and I find myself watching Mikki more closely than before. I even find myself standing in the doorway of her room, watching her sleep, before closing the door behind me when I leave and blow out the candle.
