Chapter 15

[Rhett POV]
(2:30 pm)
"... On our desks" Link finished talking about how we wrote profanity on our desks in first grade and became friends.
" Wow I could never picture you guys doing that" Emily said.
" Guys movie starts in half an hour we better get going" I said reminding them.
" Oh right" Emily said. We walked down stairs where Emily's mom was putting her coat on.
" Ready to go?" She asked.
"Yep" we all said in unison and laughed.
We walked out of the house and to her moms car, we got in and drove off.
(at cinema)
" Text me when the movies done" Christina said before walking back to her car.
"K" Emily said.
We got in line for tickets. The building was pretty empty. There was only one other person in line. We each paid for our tickets and went to theater 14.
We just so happened to be the only people in the room, so we sat in the back. The movies been out for a while so I wasn't surprised we were alone.
(A/N: I have not seen this movie yet, I've only seen commercials so I can't give anything away)
The movie started five minutes after we sat down.
( middle of movie)
"I'm gonna go get popcorn anyone want anything?" I asked. Emily had her head on Link's shoulder." aww, you guys are cute" I stated.
"I'm good you?" Emily asked Link.
" Yeah actually could you get me some skittles?" He gave me a five dollar bill.
" Want me to get milk too?" We laughed.
"What?" Emily asked.
"One day Rhett and I were bored and we mixed milk with skittles and it tasted amazing." Link explained."and no thanks" he said. I walked out of the theater and to the refreshment counter. I ordered the popcorn and skittles.
Before walking back into the hallway lined with theater doors, I saw Jake walk in.
'Crap' I thought.
I sped walk to the theater hoping he wouldn't see me. If he saw me someone would probably get hurt...
I walked into the theater, Emily and Link were in the same position they were in when I left.
"Here you go" I reached over Emily to give Link the skittles careful not to block her view.
"Oh and by the way when I was walking back here I saw Jake walk in with his friends but I don't think they saw me." Link and Emily looked at me worried but somewhat careless. "As long as he didn't see you-" he paused" mr.Six-foot-seven, I think we're good"
(A/N: I don't think he was that tall in high school but whatevs.. this story doesn't need logic anyways.)
