[Link POV]
" Yes Link, I trust you." Emily said looking up from her gaze at the creek. I jumped onto the log and held out my hand. She took my hand and stepped onto the log.
"Don't worry I saw this in a movie!" I said reassuringly.
" Oh no" she laughed.
" Okay so um.. look into my eyes it helps-" she giggled and did so." damn." I said gawking.
" What?" She looked behind herself and back at me confused.
" Why are you so beautiful?" I asked. Her cheeks turned a bright pink as she giggled.
" I don't know, why are you so handsome"
" You didn't answer my question"
" And I'm not going to"
" Hey wait a second!"
" What?"
" I forgot we were on a log.." I said reaching for her hands. I held her hands while slowly walking backwards looking into her eyes. Before I knew it we were standing on a patch of dead grass.
She wrapped her arms around my shoulders and kissed me.
" And that was for?" I asked after we pulled away.
" For being the best boyfriend in the world!!" She said happily.
" That wasn't it you know? Just a little more up there-" I pointed up a dirt road." follow me" I grabbed her wrist and began walking.
