Chapter 17

[ Rhett POV]
Jake threw a punch at Link. He put his hands up to dodge the punch,but instead I held out my hand and grabbed Jake's arm. He looked at me.
" Shouldn't-a done that" he said, I still had a grip on his arm. He snapped his fingers with his loose hand. Chris, Max,and Isaac, his friends, began walking towards Link and I. Max walked over to me and Chris and Isacc walked towards Link. Emily backed about two feet away from Link and I.
I kept my eye on Jake, knowing he would try to release from my grasp, but instead Max threw a punch at my face. I let go of Jake to punch Max.
Max wobbled back but came back to Jake and I. I then saw Link fall back.
Jake began attempting to walk through a space between Link and I, but I moved to my left and punched him in the stomach.
[Link POV]
Jake threw a punch at me. I put my hands up to my face and attempted to block it. I waited awhile and felt no impact.
" You shouldn't-a done that" he said. I then saw Rhett holding his arm.
Chris and Isaac walked towards me. Isaac, who was standing right in front of me punched me in my stomach as Chris kicked the back of my leg, I then fell backwards onto the ground. I stood back up and punched Chris' nose. Isaac then kicked me in the gut and I leaned forward holding my stomach.
"Link" I heard Emily say. I looked back and saw Chris holding her arms behind her back."Emily" I began walking to Emily when I tripped over my shoelace, that Isaac must've untied, and fell onto my stomach. My right cheek hit the ground after my stomach hit. I attempted to stand up but Alex held my face to the ground and my hands behind my back also.
" Let go of me" Emily struggled.
