Kaitos pov

"so you see I'd really like you to join our side" I finished my explanation.

"hmm" he thought for a moment "well as tempting as your offer is I'm going to have to turn you down. I'm afraid I plan to do things my own way" he got up to leave...

"wait!" I grabbed him by the wrist. Damnit how am I going to get this through to him!? Suddenly I thought back to the time I caught kokichi singing along to a musical. That's it! "you like musicals don't you?"

"what does that have to do with anything?" kokichi raised an eyebrow.

"cause I'm about put this in a way you'll understand. Keade piano please!"

Keade played a tune on the piano. Kokichi recognised the tune and grinned at me.

"oh so you want to play this game momo-chan. Well bring it on!"

The two of us took a long swing of our drinks. Kokichi his panta and me my milk. We slammed our cartons down and turned to each other.

Kokichi turned back to me and sighed "fine you win. I'll join your little wayward team"

"yes!" I punched the air in victory.

Keade giggled "wow you two are adorable together!"

"hey don't get the wrong idea keade! Me and kokichi aren't a couple or anything!" I said getting flustered.

Keade gave me a 'sure you aren't' look before leaving.

I let out a tired sigh. Guess I got a new partner in crime!
