I paced back and forth inpatiently. I was assigned to take down a guy known as the phantom Theif but he's taking forever! I just wish he'd show up already so I can arrest him!

Right now I was waiting around in a museum protecting some gaint Ruby. Aww man I really need to pee though. Oh well I'm sure nothing bad will happen if I leave for a minute.

*one minute later *

I walked back to the ruby room to find a short guy in a mask and tophat admiring the ruby. That's him!

"freeze in the name of the law!" I yelled. I've always wanted to say that!

He looked at me in surprise "oh wow I've been chased down by many cops but none as young and handsome as you"

"gah! Stop saying words to confuse me!" I yelled turning red.

"say what your name" he asked tilting his head.

"I'm officer kaito mamota and I'm here to take you down!" I said confidently.

"wow so impressive" the phantom Theif gushed "but beloved officer mamota if you want to take me down you'll have to catch me first!" he grabbed the Ruby and took off running.

"hey get back here!" I yelled running after him.

We ran and ran until I chased him onto the rooftop.

"alright phantom Theif nowhere to go" I yelled triumphantly.

"my that seems to be the case" he said looking around "Well officer all that's left is for you to arrest me now"

"right" I pulled out the handcuffs and walked closer towards him. Once I got close enough though the phantom Theif smiled and pulled me into a kiss.

In shock I dropped the handcuffs. The phantom Theif pulled away and gently stroked my face.

"that was fun and beloved. We should play again sometime" he jumped off the rooftop. I was worried for him until I saw him pull up a parashoot.

I fell to my knees. I guess this case is going to be harder than I thought!
