It Starts With 'Polly Wants A Cracker'... Almost

While Polly is rather energetic and only wants a cracker

Molly is the total opposite and is quite a slacker

Holly wants a holly as a gift on her birthday

And for whatever reason, Jolly is rather jolly on this very day

Lolly wants a lollipop from a fancy candy shop

Dolly wants a dolly from a whimsical toy shop

Being sisters has it ups and downs

Sometimes when one of us sports a frown

The rest of us will try to cheer her up and turn it upside down

However we won't always be there to help each other, we're getting older everyday

And although we dread it, we know we'll have to split ways some day

Be it for work, responsibilities or the strain of life

But no matter what, we'll always strive

To make time for each other

No matter the weather

We're sisters forever

Never apart

Maybe in distance

But never in heart
