𝗨𝗡𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 ─ 𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗞𝗜

다섯. New student?

Sunoo skipped to the faculty, looking at the cloudy and grey sky. It looked like it was about to rain.

Sunoo pushed the glass doors on the room, walking to the reception lady with the pile of form papers on his hand.

"For Mrs Chon please?" Sunoo brightly asked.

"Ah, sit over there for a minute, she's talking to a student right now." Sunoo nodded and sat down on the maroon colored couch, facing right to see a boy on the chair with Mrs Chon talking.

Sunoo was curious about what they were talking about, hence making him scoot over and put his ear on the glass.

"I'll be talking to your parents this afternoon, in the mean time you may leave."

Sunoo stood up and fixed his posture, the door opening to see Niki with serious eyes. Niki sighed and ignored his presence, exiting the faculty.

Sunoo closed the office door and placed the papers on his teacher's desk.

"Ah, thank you Sunoo." Sunoo bowed, about to turn around and put his hand on the doorknob.

"Uh, miss?"

Mrs Chon lifted her hair, humming.

"May I ask, what you were talking about with Niki back here?"

"Ah, he left school early yesterday again. I asked him why and he said he went somewhere so I'm talking to his parents this afternoon. Aish, that kid. Always so troublesome since last year. Why though, Mr Kim?"

"A-ah, nothing, I was just curious. Thank you!" Sunoo bowed one last time, exiting the faculty as well.

So that's why he didn't see Niki for the rest of the day yesterday.

Just 3 days into entering a new school, and his mind was already filled with curiosity caused by just an annoying flirty student.

Sunoo hummed his way to the hallways, greeting a few students on his way even.

Walking up the stairs, to his right he saw Jake and Sunghoon. Widening his eyes from their position, Sunoo gasped silently. Sunghoon was pinning Jake to the lockers, and Jake was super red.

"Okay wow, no need to make me feeling this single?" Sunoo clapped, making Jake gasp and push Sunghoon away.

"How long have you been standing there?"

"Ion know, 15 seconds? Sorry for interrupting you, it also seemed like Sunghoon hyung was about to kiss you."

Jake huffed, his cheeks growing even more red, whilst Sunghoon stared at him in awe.

Why is he and his Heeseung hyung the only single ones, Sunoo thought.

"I-i'm going to class!" Jake put his books on his chest, rushing down the stairs, leaving Sunghoon with Sunoo.

"Shouldn't you chase after him?" Sunoo asked.

"If I do, he might explode. Actually, I think he might explode any minute right now." Sunghoon chuckled, making Sunoo laugh at him whilst unlocking his locker.

"Is that how you court him?"

"Yeah, I do it all the time."

"You pin him to the wall all the time?"

"Yes sir." Sunghoon said, making Sunoo look at him weirdly.

"You must really like Jake hyung, huh?" Sunoo said, watching Sunghoon lean back on the locker beside his.

"I do, I really do..."

"Okay damn, single much?" Sunoo closed his locker, walking to his next class while Sunghoon walked beside him.

"What about you? You and Niki, aye?"

"What goes on in the little penguin brain of yours?"

"I'm just saying! You even chased after him yesterday, like Romeo and Juliet." Sunghoon teased, nudging the younger's shoulder.

"Niki's annoying as he is, I will never like him. Plus, I'm looking for a girlfriend, not a boyfriend."

The two boys entered the classroom, immediately sitting down on their seats, seeing the teacher in front of the podium.

"Class, we have a new student. She's from Japan. Welcome her please."

The doors slid open, seeing a beautiful girl with medium hair length, a pretty face and a friendly looking smile.

Kim Sunoo couldn't help but...blush. His heart thumped as soon as he saw the beautiful girl in front of the class.

"Hi, I'm Haruna Atsuko. You can call me Runa for short.

Let's be good friends."
