"I'm just kidding, don't even try hurting him." Taki joked, knowing that he shouldn't give Niki such bad ideas. Sunoo seemed so kind, he wouldn't be able to forgive himself if he hurt such an innocent person, although he knew what he did to Niki.

He's not Niki but he thinks Sunoo deserves a second chance.

Emi's finger almost pressed 'send friend request', until she held it back. She hissed, throwing her head back. How could sending a friend request ever be so hard?

She was currently on Facebook, deciding whether she should send Heeseung a friend request. She's been trying to do so for a week, but she doesn't know what's stopping her. Maybe it's because he doesn't know her at all. A stranger sending a friend request? Quite odd.

The door of the convenience store suddenly opened, her instincts immediately thinking it was a customer, but it was just Sunoo.

"You're late." She sat back down, as Sunoo went behind the cashier, collecting his things.

"Oh? Where are you going?" She asked, noticing that he was taking everything out of his compartment.

"I'm retiring." Sunoo smiled, making Emi stand up with wide eyes.

"EH?! WHY?! DID YOU AND YOUR MOM LOSE YOUR HOUSE, MONEY? YOU COULD LIVE WITH ME-"

"Keep quiet! I just got another job, and it requires me to be there 24/7." Sunoo hit her head, looking around to see if there were any customers inside.

"You got that hotel job? So you're an official bellboy now?" She teased, helping him place his things inside the gym bag he was holding.

"No, even better. The CEO's secretary." He smirked, making Emi cooe.

"Really? Wow. Take me out to go eat when you get rich." She punched his arm playfully, genuinely happy for her junior getting a stable job to help his mother.

"So what now, we're not gonna see each other anymore?" She pouted, watching Sunoo slowly lose his convenience store job.

"I'll still call you, and I won't be there my whole life. We can meet up on weekends, I'll take you to that bar we always go to." Emi stood up and hugged Sunoo tightly, as Sunoo smiled at how warm his senior's embrace was.

"Alright, good luck on the new job, Kim." She patted his head, as Sunoo looked outside, seeing the cab he called for waiting. He waved his hand, making his way to the door.

"Aye, Sunoo! Before you leave, can I send a friend request to Heeseung~" Sunoo rolled his eyes, waving another time before exiting the store and getting inside the cab. Emi watched the car fade from her sight, sighing. She sat down on the chair again, her phone dinging.

New message from: Dumb sunoo

Sure ;)

Emi squealed, her feet going forwards and backward.

"Ah Kim Sunoo, you're a lifesaver!~"

Sunoo quietly walked on the halls of the office department of the resort, saying hi a few times to the staff that greeted him. Word spread out quickly, it's his 2nd day and everyone already knows his position. Some don't think he'll make a good secretary, but that didn't really bother Sunoo because he admits he knows nothing about hotel management.

He quietly opened the large door of Niki's office, looking around to see Niki sitting by his desk, hand carefully massaging his forehead.

Sunoo thought that Niki hasn't changed at all in terms of looks. Well, he looked more mature and taller, but there was still that bit of Niki that Sunoo still liked back in senior high school.

He wouldn't lie, Niki sitting there with a frustrated look, no coat just a white polo with slight sweaty hair made Sunoo's heartbeat very fast.

"G-Good morning." Sunoo stuttered, speaking after a while of staring at his new boss. Niki's head lifted up, looking at his new assistant right in the eye.

"Coffee, now." Niki looked back at his papers, making Sunoo stunned. Since when did Niki like coffee? Is it some sort of CEO thing?

"An iced, Ristretto, 10 shot, with breve, 5 pump vanilla, 7 pump caramel, 4 Splenda, and poured, not shaken."

Sunoo gulped from how complicated Niki wanted his beverage to be. Sunoo quickly nodded, wasting no second before he exited the room.

He walked as fast as he could to the ground floor where the coffee shop was, getting in line as soon as possible.

"Hi, can I get an iced, Ristretto, 10 shot, with breve, 5 pump vanilla, 7 pump caramel, 4 Splenda, and poured, not shaken?" Sunoo smiled brightly as he watched the cashier place his order.

"That'll be 700 yen."

Sunoo gulped, not knowing what to do. Niki didn't give him any money, so does he have to use his own?

He had no time to run back to Niki's office room to ask for money so he brought out his wallet, giving exact 700 yen.

"Here you go." The kind lady gave him the drink as Sunoo gave her thanks. He took a step to the left, bumping someone, causing the coffee to spill on their polo.

"Oh my god, I am so sorry- T-Taki?" Sunoo met eyes with the one he met yesterday, as the latter smiled.

"Oh no, I am so so sorry, here." Sunoo confusingly tried wiping the spilled coffee away, not aware he's making it worse.

"Complicated order you got there." Taki pulled him away, making space for the other people who wanted to order since they were in the way.

"It's for sir Nishimura." Sunoo replied, making Taki raise an eyebrow.

"But sir Nishimura doesn't like coffee."

Sunoo looked up, making eye contact with him. He knew it.

"Huh?"

The shop suddenly became silent when they heard familiar footsteps. Taki and Sunoo looked by the door to see Niki standing there.

"Taking long won't please me, Kim." He spoke, walking closer to the two. Niki looked Sunoo up and down, seeing his hand on Taki's chest. Sunoo noticed this and took his hand off, handing him the coffee immediately.

Niki took it in his hand, giving it a quick turn before handing it to Taki.

"I don't like coffee." Niki spoke, making Sunoo want to bang his head. He used half his money for it, what an asshole.

"Sir Taki, to my office please." He spoke one last time before exiting the shop and taking the elevator up to his office instead of the stairs.

"I guess I'll see you later." Taki chuckled, waving bye to Sunoo who was stunned, standing there silent with people looking at him.

-

"Ooh, ooh! Jealous Niki is awakening." Taki kept poking his friend's shoulder, entering the office to where Niki was earlier.

Niki walked up to his desk, opening a cabinet from below, throwing a backup sweater to Taki. The younger smiled, putting it on immediately.

Niki looked at his desk, softly biting his tongue with teeth.

"What happened to plan revenge?" Taki spoke. If Niki were to really continue that, he would have to control his anger issues towards the older. Although it'll be somewhat hard, it won't hurt to try and hurt him back.

"Yesterday you said something about making Sunoo jealous."

"What about it?"

"I can work with that."

"Hold on, I was just joking-"

"Well I'm not."
