I settled on watching professional football. The Green Bay Packers were my favorite NFL team. I don't really understand football, but it's entertaining when you're bored.
"Are you still mad?" Hannah asked, sitting on the sofa.
"Hell yeah, I'm pissed." I nodded.
"Hey, language." She warned. "We're doing what's best for you, sweetheart."
"I think you just don't want one of your children to grow up and not be married. It would be too embarrassing for you." I retorted.
"No, we just don't want you being alone." She said softly.
"I'm not alone. I have Casey and Hailey and Jessica and Chandler and Jesse." I pointed out. "And I can still get a divorce."
"You can't divorce in arranged marriages." She said. [I don't know if it's true just play along] "When do you plan on telling your brother and sisters about the wedding?"
"Never, because it's not going to happen." I replied, intent on watching this field goal.
"You shouldn't think like that. The wedding is going on. You might as well enjoy it." She suggested.
"Enjoy a forced marriage? Hah, no thank you." I rolled my eyes.
"The Tomlinsons will be coming over often. Sometimes it will just be Louis." Hannah told me.
"Okay, but just because these people are coming over doesn't mean I have to brush my hair." I said back. She gave me a flat look. "And so when are these people coming over again?"
"Tomorrow morning. Jay and I are going shopping. Mark and your father will do whatever men do. That will leave you and Louis here." She replied.
"No, I think I'd rather go shopping." I disagreed. She gave me another flat look. "Or I could stab needles in my eyes. Or I could cut my fingers off with a toothbrush."
"You can do all of that with Louis. I don't understand why you don't like him. He's a nice young man and very handsome." She remarked.
"Hannah, you just called my fiancé," I shuddered at that word, "hot. Why don't you marry him instead and I'll go be a lonely cat lady?"
"Very funny." She rolled her eyes. "The last thing you'll be is a lonely cat lady."
"I'll be a lonely giraffe lady." I said.
"No cats or giraffes or any other animal. Unless you want a family pet for your future children." She winked.
"No! No, no, no! N-O. Don't even say that. I'm gonna go kill myself now. Thank you, Hannah. Tell Chandler and Jesse I love them." I rambled. "To think, I died at such a young age."
"Very funny." She rolled her eyes. "Now off the bed." She ordered. I glanced at the clock and saw it was already 11:30. I tiredly went up to my room and checked my phone. I had a text from a random number.
'From: Unknown
Hey it's Louis, you're step mum gave me your number. See you tomorrow :) xx Lou'
No, stop with the smiley faces. Nobody is happy right now. We're getting married against our will. How the hell are you using smiley faces? There are some messed up people in this world. I saved his number into my phone and replied to his text.
'To: Louis
Yep... Well goodnight... xx'
I added the x's just because I felt the need to be like British people. I would kill for an English accent, or any accent actually. But I'd never let Louis know that. He'd hold it against me.
He wasn't really a bad guy. Like Hannah said, he was handsome. Louis was funny, nice, even more funny, and polite. Though he was all that, I still couldn't imagine myself dating him- much less marrying him. I don't want a boyfriend, fiancé, husband, or any of that shit. I need to focus on getting into a good college now, not my wedding. Honestly, I would have been contempt never getting married.

"Alex! Some guy's here for you!" Casey woke me up excitedly. I groaned and rolled over in bed. "Get up, Lexi! You gotta tell me who this casanova is so I can interrogate him!"
"Look who's using big words." I smirked, finally sitting up.
"Yeah, I found a dictionary app." He shrugged. "Now who's that random British dude in our living room? I think Hailey's about to rape him."
"I'll tell you later. Can you call Jessica and get her over here?" I questioned.
"Ugh, fine." My older brother agreed, getting off of my bed. "I'll stall for twenty minutes. No more." He warned as he walked out. I began the challenging challenge of getting ready. I put on a pair of skinny jeans with a plain white v-neck. I put on my necklace that said 'dance' with diamonds encrusted in it. I only dance alone. Only my family knows about it. I always wear my necklace, though.
I left my straight hair down and applied minimum makeup, but enough to make me look alive.
Here goes a 'fun' day with my fiancé and siblings... Lets hope Hailey doesn't rape him, Casey doesn't question him like he's involved in a murder, and Jessica doesn't embarrass me. That's her favorite thing to do.
