"Lexi, who's this punk in our living room?" Jessica asked after barging in the front door with Brandon behind her. I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah, it's nice to see you too, Jess." I replied sarcastically.

"Be quiet, I see you almost every day." She said and sat next to me on the sofa. Brandon sat on the other side of me. "Who are you, punk?" She asked Louis. It was kinda funny.

"Louis Tomlinson. What about you, punk?" He shot back cockily.

"I'm the drug dealer of the family. This is my partner in crime, Leroy." Sarcasm dripped from Jessica's voice as she gestured to Brandon as Leroy.

"Yeah, and this is my homeslice, Alex." Brandon played along, pointing at me.

"No, you aren't drug dealers or crime partners or Leroy. And I'm not your homeslice, Brandon." I told them.

"Fine, then I'll take my partner in crime and go." He said and started dragging Jess to the door.

"Fine, we're homeslices. Now sit down, dumbasses." I ordered.

"Such a happy family." Casey chuckled. "That's Jessica, our sister, and her husband Leroy."

"But she called him Brandon." Louis said in confusions.

"Leroy, Brandon, what's the difference?" Jessica tested.

"Okay, everybody sit down because I'm telling you something that's gonna make you flip out." I ordered. They all obeyed. "So me and Louis are-"

"Dating?! Oh my gosh!" Jessica interrupted me.

"No, not dating." Louis answered. "We're kinda-sorta engaged."

"What?" Hailey asked.

"Uhm, yeah. We're engaged." I let out a choked laugh. She silently stood up, them angrily stomped upstairs.

"That went well." Brandon mumbled.

"How the hell are you engaged?! You haven't been dating him! What the actual fuck is going on?! Am I being tricked?" Casey rambled.

"It's arranged." I explained shortly.

"Oh, so you're getting married against your will to some British punk who shows up in my living room?" Jessica questioned.

"You treat my baby sister wrong, and it will be the last thing you ever do. Your last words will be you begging me not to kill you." Casey threatened. Louis gulped and nodded with wide eyes. Oh how well this went.

"I will tie you to a board and put you in a-" Brandon was interrupted by me.

"Okay, be quiet now. You're gonna make him cry." I ordered. "I'm just curious, what were you gonna put him in?" I asked Brandon.

"A wood chipper." He answered nonchalantly.

"You have a sick, twisted mind." I told him.

"But seriously, she's my baby sister. I don't care that the relationship isn't real. You break her heart and I'll cut your feet off and feed them to wolverines." Casey explained calmly.

"Okay, so I was thinking we go out and have breakfast this morning." I interrupted their threats to my fiancé. Gosh, I'll never get used to that.

"Wooh, food!" Brandon and Casey cheered at the same time.

"I'm gonna go see if Hailey will come." I told them. Hailey loved One Direction. I guess she's mad that I'm engaged to him. But honestly, she can have him if she wants. I don't want to get married. Like ever.

I cracked open Hailey's door and heard her sobbing into her pillow. "Hailey?" I asked quietly.

"Go away! I hate you!" She yelled.

"Hail, just let me explain." I begged, stepping inside her room.

"No, just fuck off! I hate your guts, Alexandria!" She used my real name. That means shit got serious. "You know I want to marry him! Why did you have to go and screw everything up for me?! You attention whore!"

I looked down at the floor and silently walked out of her room. I knew that her words weren't true, but it still upset me that my own sister would say that to me. Jessica and I have always been closest. I don't think Hailey even knows my birthday.

"She coming?" Casey asked. I shook my head. Jessica, Brandon, and Casey took Jessica's car. They insisted that the 'newly engaged' couple ride together in my car.

"So now you know my whole family." I chuckled as we pulled out of the driveway.

"Why're you upset?" Louis asked.

"Upset? I'm not." I lied. He gave me a flat look. "How did you know?"

He shrugged. "I can just tell."

"Hailey got mad and said some stuff to me. It's nothing big." I admitted. I've never been one to share my feelings too good. I have never been really open with people my entire live.

"Oh." He said. "So our wedding... It's gonna be huge." I shot him a confused look. "Your dad is a millionaire. I'm a millionaire. Of course it's going to be gigantic." He explained.

"You don't seem too unhappy about this whole arrangement." I noted.

"It could be worse. You aren't a bitch, like I expected." He replied. Is that a compliment? Sure...

"What did you expect?" I inquired.

"Honestly, a slutty bitch who wears six inch heels and five pounds of makeup." He told me. "But you're actually okay, for a kid."

"I'm not a kid. I'm about to be eighteen." I frowned.

"I'm about to be twenty-one. So I'll be old enough to drink in the states. But I guess that won't matter since we'll be in London." He trailed off.

"London?" I echoed.

"Yeah, your dad said we're moving to London after the wedding." He replied awkwardly. London? Like, across the ocean London? No way. No. I'm not leaving the town, country, state, country, or continent if I can help it.

"No, thank you." I disagreed.

"You can meet my mates." He said.

"The singing people?" I questioned. He nodded. "Maybe I can hook Hailey up with one of them so she won't be so pissed at me. No, I wouldn't do that to anyone. I wouldn't want your friends to put up with her."

"Don't say that about your sister." He frowned. "She just wants all this." He gestured to himself. "How could you not be jealous?" I rolled my eyes at his smirk. "I would be. I mean, I'm the complete package. I can sing and I'm hilarious and I'm super hot and buff."

"You're confident." I remarked.

"That's what a six pack does to you." He winked.

"Like you have a six pack." I rolled my eyes once again.

"Do you want proof?" He questioned. "I'm starting to think that you just want to see my abs."
