Part 3: Mysterious place

"Mahir come here right now. You are required for the urgent work".
Sumi shouted from the living room.

When five minutes passed and Mahir didn't make an appearance Sumi again screamed at the top of her lungs, making ajitabh close his ears who was sitting beside her watching a movie.

After being called with so much love and respect, Mahir decided to make an entry. He came out of his room and stood near the starting of the stairs.

He looked down from there and analyzed Sumi's face. When Sumi glanced back at him, he gave a duh-look to her, making her raise a brow at him.

"Mom you know if I come there I am surely going to trip on the last stair. So a free suggestion is why don't you ask your good-for-nothing son to help you who is busy grinding poor chips". Mahir revealed his calculations to Sumi all the while crossing his legs, standing by taking the support of the wall from his left shoulder. He was looking not less than a model on the cover page of a magazine.

He looked all ready to catwalk on the red carpet.

Sumi gave him a very gentle smile"Gentleman move your pretty little ass here right this second, or I am going to chop it off. Also, I will trim your legs as a bonus".

a smile was constant on her face along with a calm yet dangerous voice making Mahir gulp his own saliva.

Ajitabh winked at him and tossed a piece of chips inside his mouth.

Mahir gritted his teeth looking at him.
'May you choke on the same chips you are munching upon' Mahir cursed ajitabh and started coming down the stairs while mentally preparing himself for the tripping and falling.

As expected he reached the last stair and tripped.

He squeezed his eyes tightly.

He opened his eyes expecting to see a Sumi with a worried face and ajitabh with concern in his eyes but still laughing at him.

But when this time he opened his eyes. He found himself laying on the soft grass.

Grass?

It should have been the floor. His beloved floor.

He stood up and looked around.

All he could see was magnificent beauty.

A beauty that was unexplainable.

Greenery spread everywhere. The crisp wind whipped through the long branches of trees, making it appear as if they were dancing in harmony.

The trees were sun-drenched, few looked orange and few yellow.

The blooming meadow was flush with red and pink wildflowers.

Lit by a soft orange glow, the heavenly sunset warmed the view.

In the middle of the captivating view lay a lake with fresh water emerging from it.

The lake was window clear and aquatic fauna could be easily seen playing cheerfully.

As the water was flowing, it made a sweet sound of splashing whenever a stone came in its path.

Water was flowing flawlessly, soothing all the flora and fauna present there.

A curved bridge made of wood was raised from the opposite two sides of the lake connecting the ground full of green lush.

There sat birds on the bridge chirping gracefully. Their singing echoed making the whole place lovely.

Ethereal!

Breathtaking!

All the adjectives were less to describe the heavenly beauty.
