Part 33

**Gulf's POV**

Something smelled good...

Still a little tired I lean into the beautiful smell until my nose was buried into a mount of hair. Slowly opened my eyes to seeing Mew snuggled into my chest I couldn't help but smile to myself as the memories from the night before filled my head. 

I wanted to end things with Prem first before confessing my feelings to Mew but I'm glad that last night happened. His reaction and the feeling I had while I was with him confirmed any suspicions I had left about my feelings and now I can confidently say that he is truly the one that I want.

No matter what I don't want to mess this up, he has become a bright light in my life and I feel more energized around him. 

I feel more alive now...

Pulling him closer to me slowly, I kiss the top of his head before pulling away so I wouldn't wake him up. He was dead asleep as I pull my other arm from under his side so I could sit up in the bed.

I need to take care of my unfinished buisness before we do anything other than kissing. I want to take things slowly with him unless he shows me signs other wise. 

Becky was right when she said that I am the only person he has or ever will be with so I need to pay attention to his feelings too. 

Sitting in my spot for a few minutes I stare at him silently sleeping against his pillows before standing up to pull my shirt back down from around my stomach. Than I grabbed my things and slide them into my pockets before leaning down to kiss Mew's cheek.

Gulf: Whispering. "I'll be back after work, get some rest."

Pushing away from the covers I glance around the room and spot a notebook on the dresser as I pull out a piece of paper and start to write on it before setting it down on the side table by his phone. 

*I left early to take care of my buisness, I'll head to work right after and than come over around 8 or 9. There are a lot of appointments planned for today. DON'T worry about going into work today. I'm going to call Becky and ask her to give you a day off. You need the sleep and no complaining. Stay in bed for as long as you want and try to stay relaxed. I will bring Becky the books for the payments so you don't have to worry about anything. Be careful, see you tonight. ~ Gulf*

Feeling satisfied with my note I turn around and walk out of the room with a smile. I can't believe this has become my reality.

Cleaning up his mess from last night with all of the papers pushed around the counter I slide them into a bag I saw by the door and start to put my shoes on. With one last look around the apartment I pull open the door and step out before closing it behind me. 

I'm going to miss him...

...

My morning became a lottt more hectic than I thought it was going to be. 

First I had to take the train over to Moon's place so I could change my clothes, grab a few things and than let her know that I might be late to work because I had a few things I needed to do first. 

Than I had to head over to the Café to talk to Becky which went really well. She didn't ask me a whole lot of questions and I was able to convince her to give Mew a day off which wasn't very hard to do to begin with. The thing that was a little harder to talk to her about was installing a security camera inside the place because apparently she likes to give all of her workers and customers privacy but after a certain point privacy shouldn't matter. Especially if it involves getting robed by an employee. 

Once I left though I felt better that I was able to help atleast a little bit and what she ends up doing with this current situation is completely up to her.
