The first rays of sunlight invaded the room through the glass of the balcony giving the room a melancholy and playful air of a life filled with trophies and medals, but empty of feelings. Despite the sun burning outside, the huge wooden house maintained its freezing climate, and it was almost always winter between the white walls.

A woman with short brunette hair, gray eyes, and brown skin shifted lazily on the double bed, giving a lazy huff in the air when she opened her eyes. The woman settled in between the pile of comforters and let her eyes rest on the opposite wall, just in front of her, always morbid and significant, painted in an extravagant red tone that made her frown wondering for the twentieth time what her girlfriend thought when she decided to paint that wall red in a house so ... sophisticated.

She fidgeted a little more until her body was fully turned to the right, where she found Park Chaeyoung sitting against the headboard with her prescription glasses, a black top and Calvin Klein boxers. Her blonde hair was even longer than usual in her teens. The countenance concentrated on the leaves in her hands made her look mature and sexy, while highlighting her almost childlike features that even time was not able to erase, despite the 25 years she now carried on her back.

"What are you doing?" the girl asked analyzing something that Chaeyoung was doodling.

"Seeing the bills for that month." was the blonde's reply without taking her eyes off the papers. "I prepared breakfast, you can go down and have something to eat before leaving, Hannah."

That Hannah snorted and sat on the bed showing off her nakedness, but even then she had no attention from Chaeyoung and ended up moaning in frustration.

"You could at least let me stay a little longer."Hannah complained and curled up in the comforter before getting up looking for her clothes. "I might as well be here when you get back ..." Chaeyoung looked up puzzled when Hannah pouted slyly. "Please?"

The blonde girl was still silent as she took off her glasses and sighed, giving the girl a sympathetic look.

"I'm sorry, baby. You know that I..."

"That you don't want anything serious with someone, and staying after sex is a clear sign of feelings, and blah blah blah ..." She rolled her eyes impatiently. "I know all that, Chaeyoung. The problem is, we've been doing this for three months and I need to know if you're in it as much as I am. I'm tired of having to leave every morning after a wonderful night of sex."

Chaeyoung lowered her head, understanding the direction of that conversation, then mentally analyzed her possibilities, not many, judging from the fact that Hannah was absolutely right when she asked for a sign from the blonde girl...did not have. There was nothing wrong with the brunette, Hannah was a wonderful person, the two met two years before, at the wedding of Jennie and Jisoo when the brunette spilled punch on Chaeyoung's dress. They have since become known for the fact that Hannah works at Jisoo's dance academy, Kim's Academy. It was only three months ago that the brunette took the initiative to ask Chaeyoung out, and despite the reluctance, warnings about a non-commitment and a certain coldness coming from her heart, the two had a great chemistry in the bed that was leaving the blonde relaxed after a stressful day. Not that she hated her job. No, she couldn't, not when her students were her most precious asset and the best part of her time. But it was that typical phrase "it's not you, it's me."

Hannah was still standing in front of the bed waiting for a valid answer this time. Chaeyoung stood up leaving the papers aside and walked over to the girl leaving a soft kiss on her lips before picking up the clothes on the floor.

"I can't have a relationship right now, I made that very clear from the beginning." She said bluntly, her voice coming out neutral and calm. The blonde girl returned to the brunette and handed her the pieces. "I'm sorry, Hannah. I know you deserve all the love in the world ..." she frowned, she hadn't said that word in so long. "But I don't have that, you know? I can't give you something that I don't have." Hannah sighed sadly and started to get dressed while Chaeyoung headed for the wardrobe.
