(Rachel's POV)
Cameron and I were talking the afternoon away. Then suddenly, Harold, my editor, came running in shouting...
Rachel, I have been looking for you!
Oh, Harold dear!I ran up to him and started talking to him.
Rachel, I need to edit Chapter 25 already. The deadline is in two days and I'll take at least one to edit it.
All right, all right. We'll head back to the office and I'll finish it. Ok, just relax. I met an old friend while I was having a walk around.
Ok, can you finish it? Do you have an ending?
Yeah. This trip was useful. And I got some inspiration.
Come on, let's go.
All right, all right.I kissed him on the cheek to calm him down.
I went back to the table and said goodbye to Cameron. I gave him my number. So that we could keep in touch.
Our way back to the office was getting a little boring, so I started some small talk...
So, Harold, how's your relationship with Lisa?
Good, how 'bout you? Are you dating anyone yet?
Nope, haven't found the right one. Just me and the lovebirds, Rita and Harry at home.
C'mon, the romance author hasn't found true love.
Stop.
Oh right, can I go home with you later? I need to tell my brother that we need to visit Aunt Cassie next month.
Sure!
But, the manuscript first.
All right. We arrived at the office and I finished up the manuscript.I gave it to Harold and we started our way home.
At home, Rita and Harry were in the living room watching television. Harold called his brother and had some bro talk while Rita started making dinner.
Rachel, I gotta go now.
Harold, come on, stay for dinner.
Fine.Harold stayed for dinner and then he went home.
******
