(Rachel's POV)

I was so happy that the movie we watched was Love Struck. He must know me very well, considering that he knows who my favorite author is.

I never told anyone exactly who my favorite author is. I never really wanted to. And for him to know that, well that makes him a little better than he is now.

The movie was great. Most movies don't do a good job of portraying what the book meant but the Love trilogy was perfectly portrayed.

Halfway through, I remembered that I was watching this movie with Cameron. I was so into it, I guess I forgot.

I put my head on his shoulder, just like we did 2 days ago on his birthday. He was totally fine by it and he wrapped his hand around me and rested it on my side.

That was one of the most comfortable feelings I ever felt.

After the movie, he told me that he could make this day even better. I was curious, to find out if he really could pull it off.

I agreed to go with him but he said one thing before we got going.

But first, close your eyes. And don't open them until I say so.

But, why?

It's a surprise.

Ok.

I closed my eyes tightly and gave him my hand. He took it and lead me somewhere. Then, he pulled me towards him. Then, he planted a small kiss on my lips.

Cameron?!? What did you do?

I kissed my girlfriend, are you not aware?

I am aware but I thought.... I thought you wanted to take this slow.

Well, I changed my mind. Are you up for it, darling?

Maybe. But not too fast.

Fine, we'll take this slow and steady.

I kissed him on the cheek and he seemed dissapointed.

C'mon, I kissed you on the lips.

Cameron, since when were you so demanding?

Since the day you became my girlfriend. Rachel, I love you. I really do. Please give me the pleasure of receiving a kiss from THE Rachel Levin.

Fine.

I kissed him softly on the lips and he finally got a smile on his face.

Thank you. Thank you for making my wish come true.

You're welcome. Now, it's getting pretty late, I should be heading home now.

Yeah, you're right. Let me walk you home.

There's no ne...

Ahh! As I said before, I will not allow my girlfriend to walk alone this late at night.

Alright, Dad.

Rachel, I am not your dad. I just want to protect you. You know what may happen to girls on the late night streets.

I'm just joking with you. I know you care about me. Stop being so pushy.

Sorry. Shall we be on our way?

We shall.

He then walked me home. But, I truly learned something about him today.

He wasn't the type of boyfriend who didn't care about his girlfriend. He truly cared about me. He really valued our relationship.
