Hearing the name given by his wife, Poe turned his head and frowned.

"What?"

"The ship that disappeared. I can swear it was the Night Buzzard!"

Dameron frowned, lowered the mic from his mouth and whispered:

"Ly'ra, the Night Buzzard was the Knights of Ren's ship. We don't know what became of it... And Rey and you both said that they were dead."

The young Jedi nodded, turning her head towards the pilot.

"Ben killed them. But she's right. I don't know this ship very well, but it looked like their transport. It could have been stolen..."

Ly'ra shook her head, her eyes going from her husband to the young woman.

"I don't think so. You felt it too Rey... This disturbance. The Dark Side. They were not just thieves."

Dameron hesitated, glanced at Rey who seemed to understand his problem.

"Ly'ra... They're dead."

"The ones who hunted down Rey are dead. But the Knights of Ren were not just people. It's a group that is always looking for new recruits. And I think it could be a new group."

Then, she looked back at Bango:

"Do we know what ship it was? The one they destroyed?"

Poe sighed before rubbing his face. He then turned back towards the young man who was already in front of a computer, working on it.

"It seems it was just a passengers's transport. I can't be sure before having hacked the central computer of the ship. If it still exists. But according to the transports archives, yeah... It looked like a Darius Cargo, group G. The New Liberty it seems... It was mostly used for people and wares transport. It was coming from Corellia."

The group shared an intrigued look and Dameron ended taking in a deep breath before looking back at his wife.

"Look, I sent rescue shuttles. I'm gonna ask them to bring back the flight recorder if they can. We'll know more then. But we shouldn't let the fear invade us."

The young woman nodded and, after another second during which he made sure she was fine, the pilot turned on his heels and sent his orders. On her side, Rey stepped closer to her friend.

"We should offer our help to the medical group. If there are some survivors, they would need help."

"Yes, of course..."

The two young women, along with Cane, left the main deck to head towards the medical center, where the crew was jerking off. Unfortunately, there was very few survivors of the attack, some members of the New Liberty crew and two passengers: a man and an Ardennian.

Hours passed, but not a single rescue shuttles could bring back the flight recorder, lowering dangerously their chances to discover what had happened during this slaughter. The calm came back on the Cruiser and with it, the repairs. Because of the violent shakes that hit the ship, few remains had fallen on the Falcon, forcing Rey and Chewie to check the Corellian Cargo. As for Ly'ra, she was joined by Poe who offered a small smile.

"You okay?"

The young woman nodded slowly, but the pilot could see she was quite pale. Suddenly worried, he stepped closer and took her face in his hands.

"Are you sure? Darling you're livid..."

"No... I'm fine..."

But when she stepped away from the wall on which she was leaning, her legs couldn't hold her anymore and she fell into the pilot's arms, who quickly sat her on the ground.
