After she met with the trio from Ketterdam, Senia jogged to catch up with the flock of Grisha heading to their skiff, soon to sail inside the fold. She didn't ask what the plans of the rogues are but it looks as though they're making their trip back to Ketterdam with the skiff she is soon to board too.

Senia cannot believe her eyes when the people from around Alina starts to touch their foreheads and cross to symbolize their faith in the saints. She cannot believe they are doing this in the name of Alina. Her friend.

"What is the Darkling's plan? We both know Mal - the tracker has escaped." Senia asked Ivan suspicious of Kirigan's actions and intents.

When is he not suspicious?

"If he hadn't told you himself then why should I?" Ivan scoffed turning to face her.

Senia placed her hand in Ivan's arm looking straight ahead, she wasn't even bothered when Ivan tried to question what her intentions are for initiating skinship between them not at all bothered to break out of her hold.

Senia felt the cold slowly creep from her neck onto her shoulders until it touched her fingertips. Ivan was surprised when he felt how Senia's touch turned from warm to surprisingly pleasant cold in a matter of seconds.

"Will you tell me now?" Her eyes met his, their surroundings faded into a blur for a second. Ivan's heart painfully throbs which lasted briefly.

"You're in for a light show, Senia." Ivan can feel his will slowly slip from his grasp, whatever Senia is doing to him now feels uncomfortable for his mind. Although he cannot deny the shivers he felt from the power that courses through his veins the moment he felt Senia's cold fingertips. He thought that she was putting something in his bloodstream that amplifies the song of his power singing, no, crawling in his entire body and being.

"Vague. But I'll take what I can get." Senia smirked at Ivan who was looking at her perplexedly with the events that had unfold moments ago.

"Did you just control me to answer your question?" Ivan asked putting his free hand atop Senia's when the wind blew past them.

"I think I didn't exactly control you. I just asked your subconsciousness, so that you'll be easier to talk to." She explained to him.

"That just made me more confused." His monotonous voice entered Senia's ears and she just shrugged. Not being able to understand it, herself.

Senia is full of surprises - one day she was a rogue from behind the enemy lines, next she was a captive about to be tortured for information, then she was a Grisha with an unknown origin of even obscure powers. All seems to fade and slip away whenever her niveous presence is near. As if the cold was slowly rising from the depths beneath the ground forcing your mind to only focus on one, on her.

Both the Heartrenders looked in front of them to see Kirigan's head slightly turned in their direction while Alina was a mess beside him.

Senia was reminded of her previous visit to Mal but chose to bury it in the deepest part of her brain. She suddenly halted on her step, pulling Ivan along with her by their intertwined arms.

Ivan looked at the girl beside him who had her eyes closed and a frown on her pale face. "What is it?" She looks pained.

Senia felt like someone had scratched a part of her brain for a second. Not knowing she unintentionally tried to bury her memories with Mal from the other day just like altering one's mind, a complete wipe-out but did not succeed.

"Headache." She squeezed his arms signalling for them to continue walking. When she looked ahead she saw almost everyone looking in their direction. Who wouldn't? when the Darkling was looking at her as if bothered and Alina a few steps away from her.

Senia widened her eyes when she saw Alina about to move closer to her, maybe ask if she was alright but she looked at Alina's eyes. No, Alina.

The Sun Summoner tilted her head to the side for a second but turned her back away from them and continued to walk back to Kirigan's side.

Curious, does Senia's presence really speak volumes for Alina to quickly turn away just with Senia's commanding eyes? Ivan shook his head from his thoughts and amusement.

"Whatever you are doing... keep it up." Ivan whispered slowly in her ears, excitement evident in his tone from having watched the exchange from the two girls.

"Oh, believe me. I am enjoying this more than you do, Ivan." Senia smirked and looked forward, she was greeted by the sight of the General and Alina talking seriously.

"I can see that, what with your tricks from a while ago." Ivan's monotonous voice and sour face made a chuckle escape from Senia's lips.

"You wouldn't tell me otherwise, I reckon I'd take things in my own hands." Senia said her voice soft but sultry.

"Yes, I remember when I felt your hands on mine, it was cold but soothing. Why is that?" Ivan asked tilting his head to the Heartrender beside him.

Their closeness accumulated curious eyes, even the other Grisha from around them seems to be asking how the two have gotten so close so soon when Ivan is known to keep things to himself.

"I'm not really sure, but maybe it has something to do with me being Fjerdan, no?" She answered and slowly her own words ate at her mind. She wasn't aware that she was actually thinking of that. That her blood had something to do with her obscure powers, although it was a major possibility.

"Never heard of a Fjerdan having powers like Grisha." Ivan saw that their walk was coming to an end when he caught sight of their skiff.

"Of course you wouldn't! Fjerdan hunts Grisha, why would someone with powers like mine and nation the same as I broadcast that they are Grisha... to the nation who hate them most." Senia blurted out flustered from their talk as her voice trailed off by the end of her statement.

Her sadness displayed on her pale face and fire burning in her grey orbs. She was conflicted and hurt.

Ivan once again grasped her hand into his tightly, offering comfort to his friend even though he felt slightly embarrassed from being the one to initiate the action, Senia appreciated it, turning to him with an adorable smile on her lips.
