This is a completely platonic Dream looking out for Tommy like an older brother/dad kind of thing. Tommy sees him as an older brother but calls him papa/dada/Dreamy/DD when age regressed.

When he regresses with Wilbur it's Wilby/Will/Bur. Techno is Techie/Piggie/King/Blade

Dream's pov

I smile softly, getting a notification that Tommy is going live. The title being 'Opening the gift packages from Dream! Pog!' which is just adorable.

I join the stream, making my whereabouts known in the chat and everyone just spamming hi or my name. Tommy excitedly sits with Tubbo, waiting for all his fans to fill the stream.

"What is up boys!" Tommy exclaims and I smile, laughing softly. This dork, he's so excited.

One box is just my merch as a joke kind of thing for the stream but another is some supplies for Tommy's age regression.

His parents don't know and he doesn't want them to so I sent him a wide range of pacifiers, teethers, sippies, bottles and even diapers and pull ups for when he's small enough or in need of one.

For a little mind, using something like the bathroom may seem too big or too scary or even difficult for his brain to comprehend at a small age. I was just thinking ahead.

I put labels on the two boxes cause I don't know if he's actually told his fans about the whole age regression or not.

"So today chat! I'm unboxing the gifts Dream sent me.. I'm super excited actually, I've got two big boxers and I can't wait to see what's in them.. they've been sat for two days in my room, waiting to be opened and today is finally the day!" Tommy exclaims, changing camera angle to a GoPro and moving his chairs out of the way to move the two boxes to the camera area.

"Tommy, this one says to open off stream?" Tubbo says in a questioning tone. Come to think of it, does Tubbo even know of his regression? Does anyone other then me, Wilbur and Techno?

"Then we'll open that one first!" He exclaims and my eyes widen.

I grab my phone, trying to call him so I can tell him not to open it. He picks up the second time I call with a surprised expression.

"Yo, green Man! What's up, I'm just opening the gifts now?" Tommy starts and I let out a heavy sigh.

"Take me off speaker first!" I exclaim and he hums doing so and putting the phone to his ear. "Don't open the box.. it's got stuff for your regression in it, I brought you tons of supplies!" I exclaim and his eyes widen, lighting up with excitement.

"You did!? Dreamy!" Tommy exclaims, getting excitedly and the idea of me doing this for him, stimulated his brain which makes him do his little happy hands which just sends me into awe.
