Dream's pov

"Hi chat.. unplanned birthday stream huh?" I say, forcing out a laugh as I sit up in my chair, spinning ever so slightly. "Erm.. normally I wouldn't stream on my birthday but this year.. I'm all alone. Just me and Patches" I say softly, biting in to my lip to hide the pain in my voice.

So much shit happened and everything's just been so stressful lately but I don't want to bother Sapnap with it. He's off with his own plans, moving forward in life so what right do I have to complains and pull him back because I can't handle a little stress alone?

"So.. I shouldn't be.. alone, George was supposed to fly out here two days ago but his flight got cancelled cause of US government.. fucking assholes.. and Sapnap is with Karl, filming for stuff.. my family haven't been in contact since I moved out.. it just sucks that I'm alone" I say softly, petting my cat slowly.

I don't really need friends at this point, I've got Patches and chat to keep me company. I'm content with just the two.

"It wouldn't be so bad.. if the urges weren't so strong.. and I'm trying to stay clean, hundred and eighty two days clean.. I'm proud and I want to stay clean, cut free with zero attempts.. it's hard when I'm alone though.. normally I have George or Sapnap to help me through it" I say, sighing heavily at how hard hitting this is.

I stop for a moment, licking my lips as I glance at the time. It's gonna be a while until anyways free to talk.

"So chat that's your job today, George isn't free for two more hours so you guys are here to keep my mind busy and I was thinking I could do a discord thing, have a chat with a few of you guys" I say and everyone seems keen to talk and cheer me up.

I laugh softly, beginning to set up the discord call before tweeting the link so they can get in queue to talk with me.

"Hello GayGamerGirl" I say softly, smiling at the name.

"Oh my, hi Dream! You're so cool!" She exclaims softly.

"Well.. thank you I guess.. what do you wanna talk about?" I ask softly and she giggles ever so softly.

"So, you mentioned about how you stopped going to high school until your parents let you do online school. What advice could you give me going about that?" She asks softly and I hum.

"Sit down and talk with you parents, I didn't go about it the best way possible but tell them why you want to do online school and stuff, make up a few cheeky lies if you're not selling it well enough" I say before laughing. "I shouldn't be telling you to lie" I say, still laughing softly.

I talk with the fan for two minutes longer before saying goodbye and letting a new fan in to the call.

"Hi Dream!" A soft males voice greets excitedly.

"Hello FoxBoy" I say softly, smiling a little with a soft giggle.

"I erh, wanted to share this with someone since my parents don't care.. but I'm a week clean from self harm!" The dude exclaims and I smile.

"That's so awesome, I'm so proud you're doing great!" I exclaim softly and I can just feel the smile coming from the boy.

"Thank you Dream, it means so much to hear that" he says softly and I nod softly.

"Staying clean is hard and to be a week clean is so awesome!" I exclaim softly.

"Thank you Dream!" The boy exclaims and I smile.

We talk for a little while longer before moving on to the next person. I speak with fans for three hours and a bit before ending up because George messages me about being free to speak.

"Hey George" I say softly as he answers my discord call.

"Hello Dream.. Sapnap not home?" George asks softly.

"No, he needed to stay with Karl and Jimmy longer for videos.." I mumble softly and he hums with a gently sigh.

"Well, I'm sorry I couldn't spend loads of time with you on your birthday.. do you wanna video call and watch some movies together? We could have a birthday thing over call if you'd like?" George says softly and I hum with a slow nod.

"That would be nice, thank you George" I say softly and he smiles.

"Alright, let's get cozy and put a movie on to watch together.. I'm sure Sapnap has something nice planned for when he gets back" he then says softly and I hum.

"He says he has a surprise for me, that's very cool.. I'm excited to see him again and hear all his fun stories. His stories about his trip always make me smile" I say softly, moving to change to my phone and get in bed with my laptop on.

I get changed, talking with George before getting cosy with some snacks and blankets in bed.

We watch movies together, messing about and laughing as we eat snacks and George just cheers me up after a shit birthday.

When Sapnap came back, he came back in a fucking Lamborghini with both Karl and Jimmy! Mind blown.
