Chapter 8

Xavier's Pov

Sadness! The aura of sadness is present everywhere at the pack. Everyone's mind is filled with regrets. I don't know how Xander and Seb will react when they will learn the truth about Samuel. I am so confused and frustrated right now. Whenever I close my eyes, Samuel's face comes into my mind. I can still hear those screams whenever I raped him. I was so cruel to him.

I already sent Lorenzo and Damien on a mission to find Samuel. I am anxiously waiting for them. I hope we get some clue about his whereabouts. My real concern is how he will react.

"Xav, they have arrived" Max informed.

"Send them in"

Damien and Lorenzo entered the office.

"Hello Xavier" They greeted me.

"Did you find any clue?"

"Yes Xav", Lorenzo started "He lives in town 50 Kms away from our pack. He is working three jobs to keep up with the expenses. He is always alerted as if somebody will hurt him. He looks somewhat healthy though." I felt relieved.

"Okay, but why three jobs, aren't two enough for him?" I asked to no one in particular.

"Well Xavier, about two years ago, he gave birth to twins, Elias and Elliot. The jobs are not high paying if we take his education into consideration. We are all aware that his education was stopped by us when he was only twelve years old. So to meet their expenses he has to work 3 jobs continuously." Damien stated.

I stiffened. So I am a father to 4 children. I can't describe my happiness right now.

"Those kids are born as a result of rape Xav. Remember when we banished him from our pack. Our kids are going to hate us in future Xav." Lucian whispered sadly.

"I know Lucian. But I will not give up. We will seek forgiveness from all of them and I will not stop until they forgive me." I assured him although I am still doubtful.

"We have to Xav. I will do anything to win them back. I will not stop." Lucian said with complete determination. 'sigh'

"Xavier?" Lorenzo interrupted.

"Yes Enzo?"

"We took pictures of him secretly." He kept pictures in my desk.

"Thanks" I took the pictures and couldn't help but smile at my Samuel. He looks so happy. He is with our pups, I guess. One of the pups looked a lot like me and the other one looks so fragile like Samuel. There was also a girl standing beside him. I frowned.

"The girl beside him is also a rogue and an omega, just like Samuel. She treats him like her brother." Damien informed me. Am I that readable?

"Ohh-okay"

"We bribed the landlord of his apartment. They told us everything they knew about Samuel and that girl." Enzo said. "We also warned them to not disclose a thing to them."

"Thank you. Good job both of you. That was more than I expected."

"So, when are you planning to see him bud?" Enzo asked me.

"I really don't know. I am scared. What if he will run away from us. If I were in his place, I would have done the same thing."

"Me too. You have to do a lot of hard work Xav. He might forgive us but he will never forget what we did to him." Lorenzo said sadly.

"Yeah, you're right."

"We will leave you alone to think." With that they left my office.

I went to my room to spend some time with my pups. They are playing with each other.

"Dad!" They squealed and jumped into my arms.

"How are my two cute puppies?" I asked them lovingly.

"We good dad. But we miss mommy." They replied sadly. Lisa was really a nice mother. I married her only for them. Our relationship was never physical. She only married me to look after my children. 

"Dad miss mommy too." I told them.

"Pups?" they looked up at me. How should I start?

"Yes Dad."

"You have another daddy far away from this place."

Xander and Seb looked at each other in confusion. They looked so cute when they are confused.

"Another Daddy?"

"Yes sons another daddy."

"We want to meet him dad. Please!!"

"Very soon we will meet him." I assured them. I know deep inside that Samuel will not accept me in his life, but he will never turn his back on Xander and Seb.
