Chapter 12

Xavier's Pov

We are on our way to Samuel's house. My kids are eagerly waiting to reach his place. But I am fidgeting in my seat out of nervousness. I want to talk to him but how am I going to make him listen.

"Uncle drive fast." Xander yelled in excitement.

"Yes kiddo." Lorenzo exclaimed.

"Aren't you happy, your kids are finally going to meet their real mother?" he asked me.

"Yes I am happy. But...leave it!" I sighed.

"Hey don't be nervous, he will talk to you eventually, just give him some time."

"You're right". "And what about his friend, she wouldn't let me talk with him." I stated bitterly. That girl is quite courageous to slap an Alpha. I only took her slap because I deserved it.

"Hmm..But thanks to that girl, your Samuel is still safe and maybe happy." He cheered me up.

After half an hour, we finally reached his place. We reached his door and Enzo pushed the bell button.

A few seconds later, Samuel answered the door. He seemed confident but fear was still evident in his eyes. He let us inside his apartment.

"Is he daddy?"

'Here we go.'

Samuel's Pov

All Xavier did was nodding his head in approval and the jumped into me.

"Daddy." They called me daddy.

"C-Cedric, they c-called me daddy, d-did you hear?"
"Us idiot!! And don't talk. I want to inhale their scent. Let me."

"Ok ok geez!"

I inhaled their scent in content for few minutes. I kissed them all over their faces earning giggles.

"Ohh! You d-don't have any i-idea how much I m-missed you, pups." I said sniffling.

"Don't cwy Daddy."

"Cedric, a-are you there? Just look at t-them, they a-are so cute."

"Yes Sam. I thought we will never get a chance to see them again." He howled in happiness.

"M-me too Ced. Only if t-the things w-were different before."

I just forgot that there were other people here. I looked up to Xavier and his friend. Allison was standing beside me, ready to pounce at Xavier. Oh no! I don't want another fight here.

"So, a-are you my X-Xander?" I asked the one with forest green eyes.

"Yes Daddy!" He squealed.

"And y-you are m-my Seb." Sebastian has greyish irises. He just nodded and held me tightly not wanting to go away.

"Pups?" I called them. "She i-is Aunt Allison. You c-can call her A-Aunt Ally."

"Hewwo Aunt Awwy." They both greeted her politely.

"Hello cuties!" She bent down and hugged them.

I think it is time for them to meet their younger brothers. But what about Xavier? Is it right to tell them about their father?

From the corner of my eyes, I could see Xavier looking at me with so much compassion and... I shook my head. He will never love me and the same goes with me. However, Xavier looks so tired. There are dark bags under his eyes and then also he managed to look so intimidating. Who cares?

I averted my gaze from him and my eyes fell onto Elias and Elliot. They are peeking from their room. 'Those excited monkeys!'

"H-Hey pups!!"

"Yes daddy"

"How... How w-would you f-feel if you had two y-younger brothers?" I asked them sweetly.

"Brothers?" They blinked their eyes in confusion.

"Yes sons. W-Wait." I turned the other side and called Elias and Elliot. They came out from their hideout!

"Yes Daddy?"

"Elias and Elliot, Meet your b-big brothers, Xander a-and Sebastian." They were staring at one another and Elliot, out of nowhere, started poking at Xander's cheeks. I smiled at his antics.

"Hewwo brothers, wanna pway with us, pwease?" He asked them hopefully. My eyes widened because Elliot never initiate talks.

"Yes baby brother." Sebastian chirped happily.

"Samuel?" Our happy moments were interrupted by the one and only Xavier. I looked up at him and he was staring at my sons with so much love and admiration.

"Come on kids, let's go inside and play, daddy will join later." Allison took them into our room. Once they were out of our sight, I turned to Xavier.

"Yes A-Alpha X-Xavier."

"Please just call me Xavier, Samuel."

"N-no! The last time I-I called you b-by your n-name, you r-restrained yourself from k-killing me A-Alpha. I will never r-repeat those m-mistakes again. And you don't h-have to call m-me Samuel. O-omega or r-runt is fine." I whispered.

He looked down shamefully.

"Serves him right."

Xavier's pov

To say I am embarrassed would be an understatement. He's hurt. No! He's broken. His happiness is just a façade that he maintains in front of our children. Omegas are delicate in nature. They should be cherished and protected from the outside world. But what we did to him was horrendous. His ultimate happiness was snatched away few years later his parent's death. All because of Sophia.

"And us." Lucian added.

"Yes" i whispered in approval. "I will kill her. Just wait."

"Hey Xavier! You stay here. I have some work to finish." Lorenzo told me and I know what his important work is.

"Okay Enzo. But be fast." He nodded and left for his important work. Now it's just me and Samuel.

I turned to him. "Look Samuel, I know what I did to you was horrible. No one deserved that kind of punishment. I believed what was told to me by Sophia." His trembling became worse than before. That bitch.

"S-Samuel." I called him.

He then looked up at me with tears in his eyes. I reached out to him but he went back and started shaking his head violently.

"I won't hurt you anymore Samuel." I raised both my hands. "Just please listen."

"So,... we never imagined that Sophia will do such things. She told us that you wanted to take revenge for your parent's death, and we believed her. After my mother's death, my father became everything for me and my brothers. That picture looked so real. It infuriated us to such an extent that we locked you up and punished you, although we didn't have the right to. Sophia started raging against you and we accepted her words." I said whilst crying.

"I g-get it that y-you were a-angry, but you n-never even gave m-me a chance to explain m-myself. You b-beat the shit o-out of me and t-then...you r-raped me. I was only s-sixteen at that t-time. I was a-already in p-pain and y-you made it w-worse." He said sobbing.

"I know Samuel, I know." I whispered. "I know that I don't deserve your forgiveness but at least give me chance to redeem myself." I begged him. He wanted to protest but I cut him off. "You don't have to decide now, you can take all your time, and I will wait for your answer." He just nodded and left me there.
