Chapter 7

Xavier's Pov

No one can imagine that the Alpha of the strongest pack is crying his eyes out here in the room. 'Samuel please forgive me. I will do anything to get you back. I will cherish you, spoil you so much that you will never leave this place. Just give me one last chance.' I prayed in my head. Lucian did the same. He is hiding behind.

"I should have stopped you but no. C-Cedric hates me. He trusted me but I betrayed his trust. I behaved like a sadist bastard. Damn me!" He cried in pain.

"It's okay Lucian, we both were at fault." I assured him we all were at fault.

"Kill that bitch Xavier"

"Trust me Lucian, I will"

I disconnected the link. I washed my face and went outside. I ordered by beta and delta to gather each and every individual, except kids, for an important announcement. Sophia must be exposed today.

Few hours later

I am currently standing at the stage. There are chatters everywhere in the hall about what the meeting will be. I can see my family looking at me questioningly.

"Hello Everyone" Everything went silent.

"I apologize for the sudden meeting but it was necessary. I can't let the culprits roam freely at my pack." I stared at Sophia. She shifted uncomfortably. Huh!!

"What culprit son?" my father asked me.

"The real culprit behind rogue attacks father."

"Well, who is it?"

"None other than Sophia Williams Dad."

"WHAT!!?" shouted my father. Well that was expected.

"W-What did I do son?" Wow the audacity of that woman.

"You killed Lisa." I growled at her.

"What- no how I will kill her? You are misinformed son?"

"You are the one who tried to poison my Dad but passed the blame on Samuel, you are the one who bribed rogues to attack our pack 10 years ago Sophia,..." I continued the entire story. Every individual in the pack house were shocked and regretful. Regretful because how we treated Sam. My father looked like he is about to pass out.

"No honey. He is lying. I will never do such things. You trust me righ-"

My father grabbed her throat harshly. She gasped for air. She tried to remove his hold but my dad is stronger.

"Surrender or I will personally kill you." He threatened.

"Yes. I did it." He released her. "I DID IT. I cannot live like a second option. No one looked at me before. I wanted power, money and fame. I had to do something to get it. Tyler was mine but that bitch she took him away. And that that bastard Samuel came into existence and spoiled all of my plans. " she was breathing heavily but still continued "I wanted to be the leader of this pack beside you but no, you just passed your throne to this bastard." She pointed at me.

I was surprised hearing it. We all were.

Arthur and Liam looked like they are about to cry. And I know the reason. They treated Sam as their own brother before all this shit happened.

"Take her to the cell. We will not kill her. She will suffer more than what Samuel went through." She paled.

"Yes Sophia, I know you too tortured Sam secretly. I was blind at those times and I can't even look at myself for what I did to him. All thanks to you my so called step-mother." My father gasped at this.

"Arrest her and be careful she is very clever." I ordered my guards.

She kept yelling until she was out of our sight.

"You all can go back to your work" I told the pack members.

My mind drifted to Samuel. I fell on my knees and started crying. My brothers came to comfort me but they ended up crying too.

"Son?" My father called.

"Don't give up. We will go through this together. We all will repent for our sins. We will seek forgiveness from Samuel. I just hope he is there in this world." My father told.

"Yes father. I am sure he is alive." I whispered.
