Forward in Time
Third POV
Jackie and James met up behind the cabins, kissing each other passionately.
"Ahem," Jason cleared his throat.
The two quickly spun around.
"Jayden, what do you want us to do?" James quickly moved on.
"I will go outside Camp Borders. You two will spot me. James will try to 'help' me, and Jackie will go tell Chiron that I am in trouble."
"But why?" Jackie asked.
"Do not question me." He glared at her, making her shrink back.
"Yes Jayden," they muttered.
"Good. That is all I need from you. Let's go." Jason walked off. Jackie and James threw each other worried glances, sharing uneasy feeling before following Jason.
The trio walked up to the hill unsuspecting, and Jason casually walked over the border. He walked down the hill, disappearing behind some trees. Then Jackie and James heard a growl from there.
"Jason!" James hurried down there, bringing his weapon out.
Jackie went to warn Chiron, just as she was told. She ran as fast as she could, not wanting to disappoint Jayden and further get them in trouble. She sped up to the patio where Chiron and Pollux were playing cards.
"Chiron! Pollux! Jayden is in trouble! You both have to come! James has gone to help him!"
Chiron and Pollux shared alarmed looks. Quickly getting up and speeding towards the hill, they heard bad noises as they reached the borders. They both ran down to where they heard the growls, Jackie right behind them.
As soon as they found the two, the hellhounds had disappeared into golden dust. Both Jason and James looked tired.
"Boys! Are you all right?" asked Chiron as he furrowed his brows.
"Yeah," said Jason breathlessly. "I would have been killed if it weren't for James. The hellhounds managed to cut me twice. I had gone to get my ball that Olivia and I were playing with. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to go out of the borders. I just wanted my ball. It's the only thing left I have from my mother." Jason looked down with a sad expression.
Chiron nodded, seeing how "guilty" he looked. "It's all right, my boy. Just tell me next time. I will go get your ball. Pollux, take them the infirmary. I shall get your ball for you, Jayden."
"Thank you Chiron." Jason said again.
Chiron smiled at him and nodded, trotting into the woods.
Jackie followed Pollux as he led James and Jason to the infirmary. He stayed there for a bit until he was sure they were going to be all right. Then he walked off, going towards the Big House. As he reached the patio, he saw Olivia, or a very tiny Rhea step out.
"Olivia? What are you doing here?" He asked gently.
"Well Jayden told me he was going to get our ball, but he didn't. I thought you or Chiron might know where he was, so I came here and you weren't inside." Olivia held her hands behind her back, pouting cutely.
"Your brother's in the infirmary." He told her.
"Thank you Pollux!" She smiled giddily and skipped off towards the Zeus Cabin.
Inside, she brought out what she had been hiding behind her back. A camera. She used it to take pictures of all the information on Bianca's project, as the Eternals called it. She closed her eyes, touching and talked telepathically to Jason.
