Chapter 24

I fiddled with Baji's ring as the other admins looked at me for a answer.

Chifuyu speaks up as he realizes I'm still thinking for a answer.

"Ruining Mitsuya's reputation... yeah it would." Chifuyu said after thinking for a moment as he tells Takemichi that this plan was no good.

"I'll join you guys then." Kisaki said as I perked up.

"I wanna stop Hakkai too." He said as Chifuyu gets mad.

He stands up as his chair falls over. "Think I can't see through your bullshit?!" He yells as the other customers in the restaurant stare at our drama.

"Why the fuck would we ever wanna work with you?!" Chifuyu stands right before his face as I sign dramatically.

"You got a better idea?" Kisaki retorts as I steal a piece of Draken's chicken chop. He gives me a small glare as I chomped on the meat as the drama before me is giving me second hand embarrassment. Everyone else was just staring at us.

Kisaki says that the other admins wouldn't touch the Black Dragons due to the pact Mitsuya made and that him and Takemichi are unable to take the Black Dragons on by themselves.

Everything was going fine till Kisaki says Mikey is weak now.

Chifuyu smashes his glass cup as he holds a glass shard to Kisaki's neck. "It's not "Mikey!" It Mikey-Kun! Got that?!" Chifuyu asks him as he was pissed.

Wow, I haven't even given my answer and now the boys are fighting, I chewed on another one of Draken's chicken chop as he was full on glaring at me now while trying to focus on Chifuyu and Kisaki's fight.

"Even if you're a captain, we're still the same age. So don't act like you're better than me!" Chifuyu threatens as Hanma places a knife to Takemichi's neck.

"Hey now. You should know that infighting is strictly off limits." Hanma said as he places a hand onto Takemichi's shoulder.

"Break that taboo and I'll have to go a little crazy ya fucks." Hanma warns Chifuyu as the younger male rolls his eyes and takes away the shard.

"There's a mole within the black dragons. I hate wasting time so come with me." Kisaki explain as I followed him.

"Maria!" Draken calls for me as I look at him. "You really want to do it?" He asked as I shrug my shoulders.

"I'm making sure they stay safe." I said softly as I trailed after Kisaki, Hanma, Takemichi and Chifuyu.

We sat in a karaoke room as the mole was about to explain Shiba Taiju's motives as the doors slammed open.

"What going on? Smells like a rat in here!" Koko exclaims as the boys cursed.

"Our last rat had it real bad you know... couldn't take the heat, so I think he killed himself?" Koko says as the mole struggles to explain himself.

"It's torture for youuu." Koko says bending down towards the mole's face as he orders his goons to start the work. They drag his screaming body away as Koko turns to look at us.

"Now then! How to deal with the rest of you?" Koko ask as he sticks his tongue out till his gaze falls to me.

His eyes softened for a bit till Kisaki explains we aren't here to fight.

"A hundred thousand." Koko said.

"Deal." I threw down a envelope of money as Koko counts the money.

"When is the boss alone?"

Kisaki ask Koko before I could utter a word. This piece of poo 💢

"He's alone during Christmas Day. Despite appearances, the boss is a rather zealous Christian. Every year, on Christmas night, he goes to church to give worship. Always by himself." Koko said as he asks us if we wanted to ask more.

Why does he keep looking at me?

"The boss is strong, even when he's alone. Think the five of you can win?" Koko rhetorically asks as he says he can't wait for  Christmas.

Shit, Christmas is the day Baji returns to visit me and celebrate my second year of me being released from juvie.

I guess lesser time with him it is.

"Why are you betraying Taiju?" Takemichi ask Koko who turns to look back before looking forwards again.

"I just like strong guys. That's all. If you really wanna know more... that'll be another 100000." He said leaving as his boots clacked on the hallway floor.

"Takemichi. I didn't want to know when Taiju would be alone just so we could attack him." Kisaki said, looking at Koko walking away.

"Huh?"

"You said Hakkai was gonna kill Taiju, didn't you? When do you think he'd do that?" Kisaki asks Takemichi as he realizes what Kisaki was implying.

"That way you can stop Hakkai right?"

"Kisaki.. that's why you went through all this trouble?" Takemichi ask him.

"What wrong with going through the trouble to help a teammate?" Kisaki ask as I realized how manipulative and smart he was.

He twists the words he speaks so that others would think he's helping them when he actually has a hidden agenda.

A pity that a talented person like him is wasting away just for a person who doesn't even love him.

"We'll stop Shiba Taiju on Christmas. Christmas night is when we'll have our decisive battle in secret." Kisaki announced.

"There's been something I've been thinking about." Kisaki said as I turned to face him. I was ready to leave.

"The founding members of Toman are down to nearly half. Without Baji and the others supporting him. He's being dragged down." Kisaki said as Chifuyu got pissed again but was held back by Takemichi.

I really really want to kill him. Don't talk about my twin like that. Mikey... I'll protect him and stand by his side even if the rest of the world is against him.

"Anyways, Toman is going to dissolve at this rate. We have to support Mikey." Kisaki said as Chifuyu retorts by saying that we didn't have to team up with him.

"I'm not going to use anyone from the third or sixth division. So that's why I need you guys." Kisaki said as he says he hates wasting his time and gave us a day to decide amongst ourselves.

It was cold as I walk outside the Karaoke shop. I told the two boys I would support and follow them as I walked in a separate way as I bumped into someone again.

"Sorry." I whisper as I looked up to see Inupi.
