I can't help it
These emotions inside
Come pouring out
I've reached tonights wayside
I hit, punch, fight
My tears streaming down
My shirt is soaked
I know I'm gonna drown
My mind runs
Not waiting for anyone
I can't handle it
I don't want no loved ones
Weakness you see
I'm blinded by my scars
I can't do anything right
It's even written in the stars
That's what I've been taught
Getting yelled at every night
Held back by chains
Despite wanting to take flight
Everything I do
Everything I see
Everything I want
It seems so hard to believe
That I don't want this life
Despite the beauty in everything
I can't ignore it
The colours always seem to find me
So I'll try again
And forgive everyone
Cause this is life
And you only get one
