She was on her knees
Drenched and weighed down by all her dark sins
Her clothes were covered in mud
As she had given up on life
Rain roared down on her
Pounding against her aching body
She felt a hollowness within her
And also a small spark of light
A white angel waited before her
He smiled with hope
He knew something about her
That may have let her live if she had known
The last wish of the girl before she goes
She whispered in a soft tone
Causing tears of joy to stream down
On the soft cheeks of the angel
Since the day she was born
They were ready to welcome her
For that was her destiny
Unbeknownst to her
For she was light
The essence of God
Having wished for God
To forgive those who no one prayed for
I wanted to express that everyone has something inside that sometimes they can't see. Some people never know how good of a person they really are, and only focus on the sinful things they did in life. Because I am far from God, I know that is why I am depressed and lowkey sick in the head. But slowly, I know with more practice and understanding of God's teachings, I will realize that spark, and become something that God had planned for me from the very beginning. God gives hardships that he knows you can handle.
