Serena dragged Jessica to see Blair. In other words, Jessica was there to play mediator, making sure both of them didn't get into another fight.
Everything has been going well for the girl. Her and Nate were exclusive now, they both decided they didn't want to see other people, but haven't put a label on it yet.
It's progress.
"What are you doing here?" Blair said when she saw them walk in.
"Blair, I know that I've done some horrible things but I am so sorry and I've come to make amends. Serena explained.
Blair looked at Jessica to see her nod. "Just hear her out B."
Blair shook her head. "Amends would imply that there's something to be mended. What you did can never be fixed."
"You've sworn that our friendship is beyond repair in the past but we've always gotten through it."
"Well this time it's different. You seduced Dan on the bar at the Campbell apartment, the very same spot you deflowered my first boyfriend."
"You took Nate's virginity when he was dating Blair?" Jessica asked.
"Yes. But that's in the past now. I'm ready to move on from it. Like this incident with Dan. We're even now Blair." Serena explained.
Jessica scoffed. "So you're saying you tried to sleep with Dan to get back at Blair. Some maturing you're doing."
"I thought you were on my side J." Serena said.
Jessica shrugged. "That was before I found out you did that."
"I would never be that cruel to you on purpose." Blair said.
"I won't accept losing you, so I'm just gonna sit here until you realize how sorry I am and how much I love you." Serena said, pulling out a chair and sitting down.
"Like that will do anything." Jessica said.
"Suit yourself. Sit there quietly like a mannequin. That's what you're best at anyway. Jess a word."
Jessica sighed and followed Blair to the other room. "Yes Miss Blair."
Blair growled. "I need you at my pop up shop tonight."
Jessica nodded. "For?"
"Publicity of course. I need to show everyone I'm worthy for taking over my mom's place and what better way than to have THE Jessica Olsen there."
Jessica rolled her eyes. "I was supposed to go on a date with Nate tonight."
"So cancel. Reschedule. Do whatever. You have to be there. I need this to work out."
"Ok B. I'll text Nate but don't expect anything."
"Good enough for me." Blair said to her friend before walking out.
Jessica sighed and sent a text to Nate. She waited for his fast reply, but it never came.
