A ten-year-old Sunghoon skated towards Jay, taking the bottle of water into his hands to drink from. "Has your parents been pressuring you again?" Jay asked, leaning against the railing to listen closer to the younger. Sunghoon began ice skating a year ago and was now getting into competitions. It was really fun and he felt happiest when on the ice but his parents weren't helping with his new hobby. It became a competition, it seemed he practiced to compete and he didn't like that. He wanted to skate because he wanted to, not to get 1st place in competitions. But his parents and coach wanted nothing more than for Sunghoon to get the best awards.

"Of course they have, ever since I won third last week... They've been talking about it nonstop, that's all we talk about whenever we're together," He sighed out and gave Jay the water bottle back. "You really should take some time to yourself, it's obvious that the stress is getting to you," Jay was a great friend and all but the older was often busy with his personal life. He even took time off of school to go with his parents on different business trips as they couldn't leave him home alone. His company was very appreciated but, he didn't get to see Jay as often as he did when they first met.

"Are you really going to America again this summer?" Sunghoon asked, crossing his arms over each other to gain some type of warmth. Jay's family always seemed to go somewhere else when summer came and it always made Sunghoon a little bit sad to spend his summer alone. "Yeah, we're going to LA this time. You know, where I was born," Jay smiled but it faltered when he saw Sunghoon's lips form a straight line, sighing softly. "When are you leaving?" The older played around with his jacket zipper and gave Sunghoon's arm a little squeeze, trying to make him feel better. "Next week Saturday,"

"That's all for today but I hope you'll stay to practice more," His coach, Mrs. Choi glared at him with a cross of her arms. She grabbed her bag and took off, making sure to frown the whole time. Sunghoon really liked learning from her back when he first began but now that he was older and experience enough, she was really hard on him. Sunghoon looked around the building to see if Jay was there waiting for him but the black-haired male was nowhere to be seen. So he decided to just continue to practice the piece they had gone over during today's practice. I forgot, he already left a week ago...

"Sunghoon!" He heard someone yell from the entrance of the rink, his head flying to look in the direction. Jaeyun... There Jaeyun was with ice skates in his hands. Recently the ice rink hadn't been too crowded so there weren't people to mistake the boy for with anyone else. "Jaeyun!" He called back, skating over towards the older. It has been around 2 years since he last saw Jaeyun so he couldn't help the bubbling feeling in his stomach, he was overjoyed but confused. Confused as to why he hasn't seen Jaeyun at all after he became friends with Jay.

"Ooh, your eyes!" The older pointed out excitedly. "Yeah we did a few exercises daily and I even got glasses. My lazy eye is much better now," He was glad he noticed. Well, the glasses attached to his sweater were probably enough to show. His parents were quite eager for him to fix his eye problem but the main thing that pushed him to go and fix his eyes had to be his little sister. Only five years old, she was very happy that they had treatments and made sure Sunghoon did whatever the doctor told him to do to help him out.

"Are you here to skate?" Jaeyun hummed softly and tied his left skate before wobbling to stand straight. "I'm here to learn," He confirmed, slowly walking towards Sunghoon. The older was now growing at a slower rate and Sunghoon was beginning to grow much more in the past few months, he was now just a little bit taller than Jaeyun. "Haha, I grew!" He joked, putting a hand on his own head before putting a hand on Jaeyun's head to compare, laughing at his own little joke.
