Sunghoon looked over at Jaeyun and then down at his feet, making sure not to trip over anything. They were walking towards the ice cream shop, the one they first went to when they met. It was the older's idea and it was very obvious that he was excited to go and eat some ice cream.
"Ahh I'm so excited," He skipped a little before looking back at Sunghoon, eyes like literal crescents. After Sunghoon began to attend school again, Jaeyun showed up much more often and was always there by the time classes ended. So after a short stop at home to change out of his uniform, they then walked towards the ice cream shop.
The two looked over all of the ice cream flavors. Jaeyun's mouth watered as he looked at all he could choose from, going through in his head which one he craved the most. "Which do you want?" Sunghoon asked. With a small smile, he pointed towards the coffee flavor. "I want to try this one, please? Oh, and I want chocolate!" Jaeyun asked, jumping a little. "Mhm sure, let's try it together,"

"You don't have a phone Jaeyun?" Sunghoon asked, setting his phone down. They were sitting at the park again, the older one still nibbling at his ice cream cone. His mouth was a little bit messy with chocolate so he reached over to wipe it off with his napkin. "Nope, I don't! Don't really need to have one, it would be no use to me," Sunghoon raised an eyebrow and went to throw away the napkin.
"What do you mean? A phone is useful, surprised you don't have one," Jaeyun shrugged and stuffed the rest of the cone into his mouth. "It seems like you have a lot of other friends. Sounds like you'll be having a lot of fun next week," Beside Jaeyun, Sunghoon gained a lot of friends when his freshman year began. Being friends with Jay helped out loads as the older was a social butterfly, making friends and acquaintances from left to right. So it was natural when Sunghoon grew closer to Jay's friends.
"Yeah, Jay introduced me to them and we're pretty close right now," Sunghoon smiled and the older couldn't help but smile as well. If Sunghoon were, to be honest, there was a certain joy whenever he was with Jaeyun that he didn't quite get with anyone else. He felt so comfortable around him and it felt like he could tell him anything, literally anything. Though he's only seen Jaeyun a few times and he doesn't know too much about Jaeyun himself, it only made him more and more curious about him.
"You know this whole time we've only talked about me. What about you Jaeyun? What's your life like, what do you like to do?" There was a little period where Jaeyun just thought to himself before leaning his back against the bench. "Well I was born and raised in Seoul and my only hobbies right now would be drawing. I wish I could do it more but... I don't have much inspiration recently," Sunghoon nodded with his eyes glued to Jaeyun's, it was exciting finally learning about the other.

"How is your room so neat? I took you as a messy guy, to be honest," Ni-ki stated, jumping onto Sunghoon's bed. "I thought you needed to use the bathroom, not attack me," He rolled his eyes and pushed him into the bathroom, laughing when Ni-ki stuck his tongue out at him. "I'm going to be downstairs with the others," He yelled as he jogged down the stairs, careful not to slip in his socks.
"Just please help me with my homework," Sunoo pleaded as he grabbed onto Jungwon's arm, the younger not having it with his back turned to him. "I already told you, I'm not going to just give you answers. We aren't even in the same grade!" Jungwon screeched, slapping the older's arm away. Jay just continued to laugh and pulled Jungwon to sit beside him, mocking Sunoo.
"Sunghoon hyung please help me with science homework," Sunoo pleaded, showing off his assignment to Sunghoon. Though the older wanted to wave him off, he couldn't resist with Sunoo looking up at him with the biggest pout on his lips. "Fine, I better get something in return for this," Sunghoon went to sit on the couch, the latter going to sit beside him.
Sunghoon wasn't too good at science himself but because he was a year older and went over the same curriculum as Sunoo was going through now, he could somewhat assist Sunoo throughout his homework. "So~ Who was the person in your recent post?" He asked with a small smirk, putting down his pencil. "His name is Jaeyun, we met... I believe maybe five years ago?" Sunghoon smiled to himself shyly, leaning against the couch.
"Jaeyun? I don't think I've met a Jaeyun before, what's his last name?" Sunoo asked. Jungwon suddenly jumped onto the couch behind them and put a hand on both of their shoulders. "Y'all spilling but I'm not here to listen, how dare" Jungwon pouted, leaning forwards to listen to them. "His last name—" Sunghoon hummed to himself before staring off into the distance. His last name... I don't even know...? "I—I don't know his last name to be honest," He rubbed the back of his neck as Jungwon and Sunoo gave him a funny look.
"Dude, you don't know his last name? Thought you were interested in him?" Jungwon scoffed softly, pushing up his bangs. "Welp—No matter how much I think... I don't think I know a Jaeyun," Sunoo was lost in his own thoughts, looking through all of his memory and off of the top of his head if he knew anybody named Jaeyun. "Me too honestly, is he the same age as us?" "Same as Jay and I... I believe" The two listening the older were slowly getting more and more suspicious after each question they asked.
"Why do you know so little about him if you've been friends for five years?"
