Sunghoon smiled down at Jake who played with his fingers, his hand still clenched tightly around his own. They were walking to the older's house where they would meet Jay so that they could all work on their science project together, Jay refused to do it alone. Since the day they got to talk about the kiss and their feelings, there still hadn't been too many changes in the relationship between them. It was clear that they had a lot more skinship but would only do it whenever they were alone. So whenever he would have these moments alone with the older male, his smile never once left his face.

"Your fingers are really long," Jake stated, making both of their hands straight before placing his hand onto Sunghoon's. Their hands weren't much different besides the fact that Sunghoon's fingers were slightly longer than Jake's. Sunghoon chuckled and nodded before intertwining their fingers together again. "Why didn't Jay just walk with us?" Jake asked, looking up at Sunghoon. "He told me that he wanted to drop Jungwon off at his house before coming to your house," The older's mouth turned into an O, nodding slowly.

"Did you start the project yet?" Sunghoon questions back as he followed Jake up a familiar set of stairs and porch. "A little bit of research but other than that, nope" He could see through Jake's lie, he definitely was at least halfway done already and he knew it. "Oh! You get to meet Jaehyuk hyung today!" Jake said excitedly as he pulled Sunghoon into the door, locking it behind him. And sure enough, a black-haired male was sitting on the couch with a computer on his lap.

There were papers scattered all over the coffee table that he was beginning to clear up with some drama playing on the TV. The male looked slightly older than them and looked somewhat similar to Jake from his backside. His head popped up over the couch and that's when Sunghoon could see the slight similarities in their features. "Hello," Sunghoon was quick to bow, waving a little right after. "Oh hello, I'm Jaehyuk" Jake looked from his brother to Sunghoon, trying his best not to laugh at how nervous Sunghoon looked.

"I'm Sunghoon, it's nice to meet you" Jaehyuk and Jake began to laugh at the same time, the oldest standing up to pat his shoulder gently. "Don't be so tense, it's nice to meet you to Sunghoon-ah" He looked down at their intertwined hands and sent a little smirk to his little brother before watching him blush. "Sunghoon, our other friend, and I will do our project in the living room if you're done" Jaehyuk nodded and went back to cleaning up his mess. "I'll just clear up my papers and I'll be in my room," Sunghoon bowed once Jaehyuk passed him again, face-palming himself at how nervous he looked in the moment.

"That was horrible," Sunghoon whined, going to sit next to Jake who was already unpacking his belongings. Layla came running down the stairs, jumping up and onto Sunghoon who eagerly pet her. "Hi, Layla!" The younger was on his back, Layla laying on his body while trying to lick his face. Jake was at the side taking the moment in, laughing at him who struggled a little bit under her weight. "It's nice seeing you too Layla," Sunghoon said between breaths, trying to push himself up from Layla.

There was a knock on the door that made Jake jolt up from his seat, slowly walking towards the front door with his eyes still trained on Sunghoon and Layla who were playing around. "Hey Jay," Jake greeted, allowing the older into the house with a giggle. "Did you guys begin yet?" Jay asked. He had some of his books in his arms already as he went around the couch to sit beside Sunghoon. "Not yet," Jake asked. "Okay first off, how about someone get Layla off of me first," The two laughed at the male trapped under Layla.

"I'm going to use the bathroom and grab my phone," Sunghoon claimed whilst standing up from his spot on the ground. He stretched out his limbs with a groan and yawn before looking at the two. Quickly going to use the restroom, Sunghoon walked down the hallway slowly towards Jake's room where his phone was charging.

Opening the door, Jake was sitting on the bed with a pillow tight in his arms. "Oh hey Jake, I thought you were downstairs?" Sunghoon went to the older's desk to unplug his phone, checking the time and if he had any notifications. Nothing too important and no text messages so he turned back to Jake with a smile. "Jay said he's going home soon, can I stay a little longer so we can hang out?" Jake tilted his head but the smile on his lips never left.

"Sure? But who's Jay and Jak—" The door opened and Jake walked in with Layla at his heel, a bunch of his books and papers in his arms. "Wait," Sunghoon mumbled to himself. "Who are you talking to Hoon?" Jake questioned with a laugh, throwing all of his items into the bed where Jake sat earlier. Jaeyun... "You alright? I could hear you talking from the stairs," Layla walked over to Sunghoon and sat at his feet, staring up at him with her tongue out.

"No, I just have a little habit of talking to myself sometimes." Jake nodded and jumped up onto the bed. "Jay's texting Jungwon right now so I decided to come up here, looks like he's going soon." Sunghoon went to lay beside him. "Can I stay to hang out for a little?" Sunghoon finally asked the real Jake. "Sure," Jake was beginning to suspect different things whenever Sunghoon acted off but he thought he'd just wait for the younger to talk with him. Whenever he was comfortable enough to talk about it. "Now, how about I get snacks from downstairs?" Jake asked with a smile.

I need to tell Jake about Jaeyun.
