(So... Our Third Reich. He's basically a bystander now. He's lost, and he's not even gonna try anymore cos after he magically got revived for some reason (We just kinda mentioned him one day and we just rolled with it), he's seen the modern world and knows that he cant really do much anymore
But the world is killing itself anyway, so he just watches the world burn (like the other joke with him and USSR treating it like some sort of 3D movie theater)
