"Is everything okay Lucia?" Daisy asked aloud as she saw Lucia's ever worsening expression.

"Ah, yes, sorry. I was just thinking about something in the far future." Lucia smiled apologetically.

Around this time the rumbling of thunder could be heard in the distance. They looked out the window and saw that in the blink of an eye, the sunny day had been covered by dark clouds.

"Oh my, the weather changed so fast." Lucia said, "If you don't leave soon then I'm afraid you'll be caught in a storm."

"That is a fair point, then I'll just say one more thing before I go. How much do you want for your fire hawk? Or any fire hawk?" Daisy got to the point that she'd been waiting to bring up.

"I'm sorry, I have no right to sell Vicki as she is her own... person. She can go with you if she wants to with her own free will. Vicki if you want to go with that lady there, then fly to her. If you wish to stay, then chirp." Lucia quickly lost interest in Daisy when she heard her request.

"Why would I go with that woman? She smells like a fox." Vicki chirped in response. Aegis and Vicki couldn't help grinning. Lucia raised her hand to cover her smile, while Aegis didn't bother to hide it.

Daisy hmphed in displeasure as she stood up.

"I also do not wish to be involved in the business of selling animals into slavery. So please do not ask me for creatures." Lucia added before Daisy could say anything.

Daisy looked at Lucia incredulously, then shifted to looking at her like a crazy person. She stared at them quietly for a moment, likely pondering what to say, but in the end she just left.

"I guess I should be happy you don't look like a dragon anymore Vicki. I'm pretty sure a General would have appeared and demanded you to be handed over with an army behind him." Lucia chuckled.

"I'd roast them all if they dared to try." Vicki replied confidently.

"Let's go see if we can ask for lunch?" Lucia remembered and suggested.

""Sure."" Aegis and Vicki replied.

The kitchen made them a light lunch, Lucia took a carrot to Bruno, and they went to their rooms afterwards to rest. While Lucia laid on the bed thinking about various things, she suddenly felt a light pulling force on her left hand. She sat up and looked at her hand, but she didn't see anything there. She tilted her head in confusion, but since the force was ignorable she didn't bother with it and laid back down. After a while, as she was about to fall asleep, the pulling force started to get stronger. Her space tattoo also started to flash, like something inside was trying to get out. Lucia sat up again and had a hunch as to what was happening. So she went to the back yard and didn't wake Vicki who was nested in a pile of clothes that Lucia prepared for her earlier. In the back yard behind some trees, where she would be less likely to be spied on, she brought out the sealed fog worm from her space.

As soon as it was in her right hand, she could feel the tugging force nearly yank it from her hand towards the sky. Lucia pondered this situation as she put the sealed fog worm back into her space so the pulling force would lessen.

'I've had this thing for so long, why is it only now that something like this is happening? I can't force a contract on the fog worm yet, I'm not strong enough...'

While she was thinking a faint voice started to appear in her mind. Lucia quickly brought out the fog worm again and the voice became clearer, but it wasn't the fog worm's voice. It was a feminine voice pleading for help.

'Is this what it sounds like to be summoned by a summoner?' Lucia had a hunch that this is what was happening. 'The sealed fog worm likely has a contract with the person who is summoning it, that's why there is such a strong pulling force being applied to it.'
