Trigger Warning: violence (but nothing major, just a lil warning)

The next day, Chengxin was assigned to do the dishes. He wasn't at all crazy with the idea, but he hadn't ever realized that he was the only one who's never done the dishes. He didn't even know that there was a schedule for doing the dishes, but then again, how else would the dishes be clean every time he needed them?

Chengxin walked into the dining room to collect the dishes from the lunch they had, then felt quite regretful when he met Haoxiang sitting on the dining table still. Of course, Haoxiang's focus was on his cellphone, and Chengxin was hoping it would stay there. He would simply collect the dishes and leave, not wanting to create any drama or awkwardness if they had spoken.

He started to collect the dishes, putting one on top of the other in his arms.

'So I guess you're never gonna make that mistake again right?' Haoxiang was the first to speak.

At first, Chengxin just gave him a glare. But out of curiosity, he ended up asking. 'What mistake?'

'Not sitting next to Pandora when you can,' he answered.

'I don't know.'

'You know, you may be able to sit closer to her next time.' Haoxiang stood up, getting ready to leave the dining room. 'But I'm still always going to be the one who's closer to her heart whether I'm sitting close to her or not.'

Don't break any plates Chengxin, just take a breath and calmly go back into the kitchen, he said to himself. But it felt too tempting to use throw at least one plate at Haoxiang. He decided to put back the collection of plates on the table and took a deep breath.

'Don't be too confident about that Haoxiang.' Chengxin plainly answered once he had calmed himself down.

'No I have a reason for my confidence. I'm not like you who has confidence in something which I know is impossible.'

That was the last straw for Chengxin. As much as he tried his best to not hit Haoxiang, he found himself frozen in the spot and contemplating whether to use his fists or not. He screwed his fists for quite a while then eventually unscrewed them, taking a long sigh.

But before Chengxin knew it, Haoxiang walked towards him and stood a short distance away from him. 'Are you mad?'

The fact that he had the audacity to ask it made Chengxin angrier. As much as he tried to control his temper, he couldn't anymore. He found himself throwing a hard punch at Haoxiang's mouth, making him fall onto the floor.

Haoxiang could already feel the blood in his mouth, and he edge the side of his lip with his fingers. He could tell that there was a bruise forming there and he was bleeding.

Haoxiang instantly regretted taunting Chengxin when he saw him walking towards him. Haoxiang felt like he should apologize, but his ego wouldn't let him do it. Chengxin angrily grabbed two fistfuls of Haoxiang's T-shirt and pulled him up, before throwing another punch at him that left him on the floor once again.

Haoxiang felt intense pain, but he pulled himself to get up and at least put up a fight. The moment he got up from the floor, he was greeted by a kick in the abdomen that sent him to the floor once again – this time throwing him towards the dining chairs. Haoxiang cussed himself, he wished he could have considered putting up a fight before he provoked Chengxin.

Chengxin walked towards him once more and picked him up, ready to assault him one more time.

'Go ahead! Beat me all you can, still doesn't make Pandora yours.' Haoxiang continued to speak even though he knew he would regret it when Chengxin started fighting him again.

'Don't you dare taunt me again Haoxiang!' Chengxin exclaimed and raised his arm to throw another punch at Haoxiang, but he was held back by a person who had entered the room in the midst of the havoc.

Chengxin turned around with a furious face, only to be met by Junlin's.

'What are you doing!? Stop!' Junlin pleaded him.

'Or what?' Chengxin answered, pulling his arm out of Junlin's grip. He then pushed Junlin to the floor, also sending him flying into the dining room chairs painfully.

'Junlin!' Haoxiang screamed, immediately wanting to come to his rescue, but instead, he received another punch and down on the floor he went again. Chengxin walked over and started to give him numerous kicks in the abdomen while he was lying on the floor, alternating them with stomps.

Junlin was finally able to get up painfully, and all he wanted to do was help his friend. He quickly walked over to Chengxin and turned him around, wanting to throw his own punch at Chengxin who ducked it.

At this point, Junlin knew he was screwed. Chengxin looked too angry to be fought at this point, but Junlin tried his best to keep his ground. Junlin attempted to throw another punch at Chengxin this time and hoped it will find it's way to his face, but Chengxin grabbed his arm. Junlin was pulled by the grabbed arm and his body was overhauled over Chengxin's before being thrown on the hard floor. He then started to attack Junlin with the kicks he had attacked Haoxiang with.

Seeing Junlin getting attacked mercilessly, Haoxiang forced himself up and attempted to push Chengxin against the wall. But Chengxin stood his ground and started to punch Haoxiang again.

'Whoa, what's up with the noise in the dining room?' Zhenyuan asked his bandmates as they entered the living room.

'I don't know, let's check it out.' Yaxuan suggested, and the young men set off for the dining room. When they entered, they were completely surprised to see their band mates fighting, specifically Chengxin grabbing at Haoxiang's clothes violently to proceed with his attacks, almost tearing them.

'Chengxin! What are you doing!?' Zhenyuan asked as he walked over to separate the two, hardly having the strength to hold back Chengxin this time around. The other bandmates joined him in trying to hold Chengxin back while he still tried to attack the helpless Haoxiang.

'Stop it,' Yaowen was the next to comment, also holding back Chengxin and blocking him from getting to Haoxiang who was now on the floor catching his breath.

Pandora was the next to walk in, taking in the scene with shock. Haoxiang and Junlin were both lying on the floor, and Chengxin was still trying to fight them with every last ounce of energy he had.

'Chengxin,' Pandora spoke, loud enough for Chengxin to hear her.

Chengxin turned into her direction, feeling himself calming down. He didn't want Pandora to view him as a violent person. He stopped pushing against his friends who were holding him back, and dropped his arms.

He didn't know what to say, but he found himself walking towards her. He was going to say something, but he couldn't find the words. So instead, he walked out of the dining room to retreat into his room.

Pandora watched him walk out before she followed him and grabbed his hand. 'What happened? Why would you do that?'

Chengxin pulled his hand away from her grip. 'You already know why I did that.'

He walked away from her and continued to walk to his room. Pandora quickly ran back into the dining room and found that the boys had helped their friends up. Haoxiang's lip was bleeding, while Junlin had a cut on his nose and his cheek. It wasn't only the wounds that could be physically seen which caused pain, but they were feeling pain throughout their body from being thrown around and being kicked.

'What happened?' Pandora walked over to Haoxiang who was now sitting on one of the dining chairs.

'Chengxin beat us up.' Haoxiang replied amidst painful groans.

She looked at the two pitifully, feeling like everything was her fault.

'Pandora, we need to talk.' Jiaqi suddenly said to her, and she had a feeling what he wanted to talk about.
