So sorry for the late update this week Lovies. It was a tiring Friday yesterday. But here's your chapter(s) (depending on if you read the re-write) so enjoy

Everyone groaned when Mandalay told them they'd have to cook their own food. They had spent the entire day training with no difference from the previous day other than the arrival of class 1-B.

Tonight they were given the ingredients to make a curry.  Tenya had given them designated tasks but that fell into chaos when the tasks weren't exactly suitable. Denki and Mina at first were told to cut the vegetables alongside Izuku and Ochaco but due to their quirk overuse, their hands had no hope of holding the knife without injuring themselves. Shoto and Katsuki were asked to light the fires but that ended with a pretty much-destroyed cooking area thanks to Katsuki basically blowing it up. He ended up being placed as far away from any actual cooking much to Iruka's dismay.

After a minorly competitive cooking spree (Neito was convinced he could cook better and Katsuki would be damned if he let his classmates cook literal crap), everyone finally managed to settle down to eat. The rice was a little under-cooked and the curry was over salted but as if anyone was about to not eat.

"Itadakimasu!"

It wasn't long before chatter ensued amongst the students. Chatter about quirks and their camp, nothing new. Iruka listened to Tenya try to convince Ochaco and Yuuga to eat their dinner (they explained how they might not be able to keep anything down even if they ate anything) when she saw Izuku walk off somewhere, a plate of curry and rice in hand. She debated on following him but eventually excused herself and followed him.

Although there was quite a distance between him Iruka managed to follow Izuku's scent which led her up the side of a mountain. She stopped when she heard Izuku talking to someone. At first, she wasn't sure who he was talking to until she heard Kota yell at him.

"Did you bring Kota dinner?"

"Iruka!" Izuku yelped, "I- Ya I did."

"Well, he seems to know what he's doing up here. Do you think he comes up here often?" They walked down together.

"It seems that way. I'm worried though. Mandalay doesn't seem to know he comes here."

"Well you know now, why not tell her?" Izuku looked at her confused as though that wasn't even an option in his head.

"Well, what if it's like a secret hideout of his?"

"Well at least someone knows where it is, in case something happens." Izuku hummed in agreement.

When they got back to camp they were greeted by a very concerned Shouta. He gave them a warning for running off without telling anyone before letting them get cleaned up with the others.

The baths were much more crowded that night albeit with the lack of a familiar face ("Where's Kyoka?" "Oh she got permission to shower somewhere else"). Everyone conversed in peace before heading to their respective rooms. As much as Iruka enjoyed being with her peers she was much more at peace when she didn't have to share a room with 1-B; whom she hadn't quite gotten to know well enough.

=========

Everyone woke up at 6:30 the next morning. Everyone got changed and headed to get breakfast. Whilst the remedial class students went for their extra classes everyone got to go about their morning routine before being called outside.

There wasn't much difference to be done in their training so everyone went back to their training areas and got to work.

Iruka had been training her body with the others when Shota called for her.

"Ito today I want you to work on your quirk." Iruka let out a groan as she followed Shouta to a clearing. "The bird the other day, that was a prehistoric one right?"

"Ya. Izuku asked how far back I could go and uh I sorta landed on the Argentavis cause it's just a massive bird."

"Do you know how long you can hold it?"

"Nope."

"Good. What's the biggest bird you know?"

"Ostrich."

"Biggest flying bird?"

"Uhh wingspan wise it would be Wandering Albatross if we're talking about non-extinct birds." Shouta nodded before having her change into exactly that.

"I want you to fly 6 rounds around the property. 2 days ago you barely managed to hold the Argentavis so I want you to be able to hold that form by the end of the week. Now go on." Shota watched as Iruka disappeared above the trees before walking back to where the others were.

=========

Iruka faltered a few times but damn was spite a good motivator. From above Iruka could see all her peers working hard so after a quick break from her first-round Iruka didn't stop, pushing herself to go one more round every time. It was only when everyone was called back for dinner that Iruka slowly eased to the ground not wanting to fully stop in case the fatigue would crash onto her too hard. She heard Pixie-Bob talk about a test of courage they would do after dinner, and Iruka would not miss the opportunity to scare the crap out of her classmates.

Thankfully their cooking endeavours weren't total chaos so it was a matter of waiting for everything to cook before they all got to down their dinner.

After they were all (well almost all) led to a clearing the Wild wild Pussycats explained what they would be doing. 1-B had the pleasure of being the scarers first. They were all assigned partners at random though because thankfully with Mineta gone, and unfortunately the remedial class students, there would be an even amount of pairs.

==========

"Have fun Kacchan!" Iruka yelled out as Katsuki and Shoto went their turn.

"You seem oddly calm about this Iruka."

"Mhhm. Can't be scared when you know who's there. Besides jumpscares are terrifying but they're great fun to laugh at later." Iruka was on the ground making patterns in the dirt with a claw as she waited her turn. The rounds weren't exactly going fast enough and as fun, as the activity was Iruka needed a nap and maybe a good shower.

She eventually waved Tsuyu and Ochaco good luck before they went their turn. Iruka got up when she felt the air feel heavier. She sniffed the air and was greeted by foul odours, the smell of burning wood and several unfamiliar scents.

"Something isn't right." Iruka looked around her-

The forest burst into a flurry of flames
