The room was bright. Whatever she was laying on was slightly cold but it was rather soft. She turned her head to the right and she saw a blur of black and grey.

"Hey kid you're finally up," a calm voice spoke. It was the voice of the person who helped her. She shifted to get up but felt a sharp pain in her stomach.

"Hey, hey you don't have to get up if it hurts. Why don't you lay down some more."

The man was by her bed now, urging her to lay down. But her eyes focused on something else. She was looking at the grey scarf that she was wrapped in the last she saw him.

Almost by instinct, she grabbed the grey scarf making the man stumble forward slightly. She cried. She didn't understand why but she did. She knew she shouldn't but it felt so right.

Shota was surprised, to say the least. One second he was waiting for a small little girl to wake up the next that exact little girl is grabbing on his capture gear like her life depends on it and is sobbing silently into it.

He hadn't known what to do other than to let her cry. He patted her head slightly to comfort her. Soon the sobbing turned into quite little hiccups.

"Hey kid are you alright now?" the little girl nodded slightly still holding tightly onto Shota's capture gear. Shota decided it would be easier if he just took the gear off and let her hold it.

He tugged on it slightly and handed it to the girl. "Here, you can hold onto it better." She held it tightly to her chest.

"Hey I don't think I've introduced myself, my name's Aizawa Shota, I'm the pro hero Eraserhead."

"Hero?" the little girl squeaked.

"Ya. Why don't you tell me your name?" His voice was still calm as usual. It was nice to hear on the little girl's ears rather than the constant yelling.

"Name?"

"Ya. It's something someone calls you." The little girl blinked at Shota confused.

"Bitch?" Shota wiped away his surprise as quickly as it came.

"Is that what your parents' call you?"

"Pa-Parents?"

"People you live with." Shouta clarifies. What exactly did this kid even know? She clearly hasn't been educated on anything. Concern grows within the pro.

"Irhe? Mika?" She tilts her head in question.

"Are those the people you live with?"

"No want. No want." She buries her face into the capture weapon without looking up at Shota.

"You don't want to go back?"

"No! No please no. Please-" She cried out. Tears were threatening to spill from her eyes once again. She was holding the scarf tighter than before.

"Shh shh, don't worry I won't take you somewhere you don't want to go kid. Wherever it is you don't want to go I'll make sure you don't end up there." He patted her head again. She nodded slightly.

He has names. He can work with that. Shota wasn't sure if this was a kidnapping case or a child abuse case. He could only hope the neighbourhood Shouta found her in would have some kind of answers. Shouta could feel the phone in his pocket vibrate. He shifted the child in his arms so that she sat comfortably on his lap as Shouta sat at the edge of the bed. Looking at the contact name Shouta lowers the volume to as low as possible before holding it as far away as possible.
