Happy Pride Lovies!!
This is a short chapter and I talk more about writing at the end butttttt if y'all want any pride related fics feel free to request (Pride Months always puts me in a very creative mood). It doesn't have to be related to this fic. It could be general MHA/BNHA or TOH or even Fairy Tail or Harry Potter.
Now on with the chapter!

"Iruka, time to wake up," Hizashi carefully shook Iruka awake.
"But Pa 'ts summer,"
"We told you last night we'd be going to UA remember?" Like a light, Iruka shot up.
"And Nanami-Nee will-will be there?"
"Exactly Listener. Shou is making breakfast so let's get cleaned up ya?" She rubbed the sleep from her eyes and followed Hizashi to the bathroom to get cleaned up.
They had a few more weeks of summer vacation and although Iruka didn't have much to do her parents still had much to get done. Hizashi had less than a week to get all preparations done before this year's training camp. Shouta needed to get lesson plans written as well as study for his teaching classes. The two multi-tasked in the teacher's lounge at UA and this would be the first time (of many to come) Iruka would be joining them.
It was pretty common to see UA students around the school over the summer due to the facilities they'd be able to use. 1-A had asked for permission to use one of the gyms which was another reason Hizashi would be at UA that day. The three had talked about it over dinner.
Iruka had spent most of her summer so far with the Midoriyas. It couldn't be helped with how much work Hizashi, Shouta and even Nemuri had over the summer. They hadn't really planned on bringing Iruka to UA (it was a school after all and kids didn't usually like school) but she missed it. She missed Nanami as well and since she'd be there anyway Hizashi and Shouta caved. They couldn't really say they regretted it too much. Not with how Iruka skipped all the way to the main building. 1-A wouldn't be arriving for another hour; an hour Iruka spent roaming the halls she loved dearly. Even got a spot of tea with Nezu.
"Sensei, I wanted to grab the keys to the gym,"
"Ah Ando of course. Come on I'll unlock it for you," Hiizashi glanced quickly at his phone to see where Iruka was.
"Uh Sensei, Gym Gamma is this way,"
"I know Ando, I just need to pick up a little listener real quick," Hizashi paid no mind to Kota when his student looked at him confused. Kota followed Hizashi regardless though.
"Uh, Sensei are we meant to be going to the principal's office?"
"Bingo!" Hizashi knocked on the door. Kota didn't get a chance to ask why before Nezu replied from the inside. He greeted someone, Kota didn't eavesdrop but he was curious. Soon Hizashi walked out with a little girl Kota had seen on a few occasions.
"Oh, you're Iruka," Iruka squeaked before noticing it was Kota who was talking.
"Wh-who are you-you?"
"Ando Kota. I'm in 1-A,"
"J-just l-like Nana-Nee!" Iruka happily walked over to Kota but paused and looked towards his hand. Kota looked at her confused. He noticed her line of sight and held out his hand. Iruka giggled and grabbed onto it. "L-let's go to Gym Gamma!" Iruka dragged Kota all the way to the gym, Hizashi steadily following them from behind.
The rest of 1-A had already gathered outside of the gym. Iruka immediately ran towards Nanami to give her a bear (literally) hug. As Hizashi helped to unlock the gym he gave his class strict instructions. To come to get him from the teachers' lounge if anything went wrong. To make sure everyone was at a safe distance from each other when they sparred. He explicitly told everyone Iruka was not to join in any spars. If she wanted to learn they were not to demonstrate on her but on each other and just to let her observe. Although Iruka pouted at the terms she was more than happy to just be able to spend time with her Nana-Nee.
The class split off into groups after Hizashi had left. They decided Nanami would mainly be responsible for Iruka's well being. Iruka would watch in on different groups as they practised different fighting styles. Occasionally they would switch around so they wouldn't be too comfortable fighting the same people but also so Nanami would have the chance to spar and practice as well.
There were some points during the afternoon where Iruka could be seen by the side of the gym recreating something the older students had been doing. Whenever someone caught this they'd go over and correct her form. Somehow this led to Kota being responsible for correcting and helping her re-create as many doable moves as possible.
The time to leave came much sooner than Iruka would've liked. This was her first time seeing Nanami in weeks and it was over way too quickly. Even after being promised another meeting with the older girl Iruka still sulked all the way to the teachers' lounge. She'd sat quietly on the couch, squiggling on a school Ipad Nezu let her borrow.
"Whatcha doodling there, Listener?"
"Nana-Nee fighting," Hizashi leaned over to take a closer look.
"I think it would make a lovely gift for her,"
"Really?" She perked up, her ear twitching slightly.
"'m sure of it. Want to draw on paper so you can give it to her the next time you see her?" Iruka gave her dad an enthusiastic nod.

Sooooo, 2 weeks passed by fast fast. Just last week I finished up exams. I've had an "interesting" week at school (and by interesting I mean incredibly time wasteful)
Soooo I haven't been writing. It's been going slow. Slower than I had any intention to. We'll see what happens in 2 weeks time. Granted once I've finished chapter 14 (and maybe 15 depending how 14 goes) I will be able to pick the pace back up and write to and reconnect the re-write to the original chapters. I'll keep y'all updated on how this all goes.
Thank you for your patients and for reading this chapter. I appreciate every vote and/or comment you leave behind, no matter how long or short.
Hope you have a lovely day, night, weekend, whenever, wherever you may be.
Stay safe,
Thank You,
Bye Lovies~
