Forty Two Emotions.

Changkyun proded at the two bite marks on his shoulder.

A Pack's bond.

He promised himself he was never going to join another Pack again.

He couldn't take anymore rejection or heartbreak.

He's already been through too much in the past ten years.

Minghao says it was too much for someone's lifetime.

But Changkyun was made sturdier than that...

Although he did find THIS hard.

There were forty-one other people's emotions running through his head.

He could feel how relaxed Felix was when he was with Wonwoo.

Jihoon was feeling anxious about his check up at the doctor's.

Minho was angry because Hyunjin and Changbin were annoying him.

Jeonghan was feeling proud and 'Motherly' as he groomed Bambam and Hyungwon.

But mostly, he could feel his own Pup's happiness. None of the four have ever been part of a Pack before...they were so excited.

It made Changkyun sad. He wonders if HE ever made them this happy.

That's selfish, isn't it? To only think of himself at a time like this.

He felt a few people's emotions shift to concern.

He whined. He hoped that wasn't because of him.

"I felt it, Hyung. It was Changkyun's emotions that changed." Changkyun heard Jooheon's voice outside the door, in the hallway.

"I felt it too. Have you seen him within the past few hours?" Jaebeom asked.

"Not since lunch." Jooheon replied.

Jaebeom hummed.
"Can you ask Wonho or Yoongi to help you look for him?"

Changkyun can only assume Jooheon nodded as the voices in the hallway disbursed.

He stayed quiet, now sitting between the wall and dressing table. He should stay hidden.

He can't upset anyone else right now.

He blinked back the tears as even more of the Pack's members became sad and worried.

He told Hyunwoo and Seungcheol he would ruin this Pack.

Changkyun startled himself when a sob slipped past his lips.

"Changkyun, Is that you?" Came a voice from the doorway.

Changkyun hadn't even noticed anyone was near the room. He would have tried harder to hide himself.

"Please answer me."

It was Yoongi.

And Yoongi was desperate for a response.

Yoongi was never desperate, and he never begged.

Changkyun whined again, as Yoongi completely slipped into the room.

"I told them, Alpha. I told them I was going to hurt you all." Changkyun spoke up, startling the Alpha as he spoke suddenly.

"You didn't hurt anyone, everyone is just worried." Yoongi tried to reasurre the Omega.

"I know. I can feel it. Everyone is sad because of me. I caused that, Hyung." Another sob slipped past his lips.

Yoongi pulled the younger male into his lap as he sat on the floor.
"It's okay, Pup. You're okay."

Yoongi rubbed a comforting hand up and down Changkyun's back as he cried.

"We can help you to block out the other emotions so it's not overwhelming." Yoongi said.

Changkyun looked to him with a glint of hope.
"You can do that?"

"Of course. I can't believe those idiots didn't tell you about it when they gave you the Pack's bite." Yoongi clicked his tongue.

Changkyun nodded, feeling the emotions in the bond start to calm down.

"Everyone else has calmed down because you have calmed down." Yoongi told him.

Changkyun nodded.
"Thank you, Hyung. Thank you for your help." He mumbled.

Yoongi moved Changkyun's hair from his forehead.
"It's okay, Pup."

They sat in a moment of silence before the Omega spoke.

"Will you teach me now to block out the other's emotions?"

Yoongi smiled.
"It'll take a while to get the hang of it, but we can start now if you want."
