"Yo!" I looked at Chris as he walked in my house with Desire and their 6 month old baby girl Demi. She was such a beautiful chunky baby. I was happy for the both of them, they finally got their peace.
Me and Chris's relationship was better and our co-parenting was great. Everything was just smooth now, at least for us.
"Be quiet Chris, I just got Khari to lay down."
"Lay down? My nigga 5 years old now, he don't need no nap." I laughed.
"He hasn't been feeling good lately. But the twins and Jalyn stuff is ready to go." I pointed to their bags packed on the floor.
I had already sent the other of my 3 kids with my parents so when they left it would just be me and Kentrell.
"Ight, hold on." He went upstairs, I looked at Desire who sat on the couch holding their daughter.
"Hey Des." She looked at me with a smile.
"Hey, how you been?"
"Good, it's getting easier with taking care of the kids now that they're getting older." She nodded and I sat down beside her.
"She's so pretty." I smiled making her laugh.
"Thank you."
"She looks just like Chris." She rolled her eyes.
"Don't they all?" I laughed.
She handed her to me and I smiled.
"Girl what do y'all be feeding her?" She started laughing hysterically. Demi had chunky thighs, arms and legs, her little stomach was always poking out and her face was fat too. But she was so beautiful and cute.
"Girl that be Chris! Can't leave him alone with her for two seconds. He be feeding her all kinds of food." She shook her head.
As I sat there holding Demi I could start feeling nauseous and I knew Desire seen something wrong.
"You ok?"
"Just feeling a little nauseous."
"Oh.....pregnant?" I nodded my head slowly.
"Wait really?!" I nodded.
"Yeah, I fount out a few weeks ago. I went to the doctor and I'm 4 months."
"Oh my goodness! Congratulations!" I smiled and she gave me a hug
"Thanks."
"Do you know the gender?" I shook my head.
"But I really want another little boy this time." Chris came back downstairs holding a sleeping Javani and Ja'Khari while Jalyn stood beside him.
"Hold on." I gave Demi back and Desire stood up. I went to grab their bags following after Chris.
