The next day, Nurin entered the building and headed toward the elevator. Just as she reached it, she heard someone call her name.

"Nurin."

She turned around to see Harraz walking toward her.

"Come with me," he said.

"Where are we going?"

"A meeting... so prepare yourself mentally and physically."

"What?!" Nurin exclaimed, staring at him in disbelief.

"Don't act so surprised."

"I can't be the one doing the presentation," she pleaded.

"Why? You aren't mute, are you? Let's go."

Harraz stepped into the elevator, then paused when he realized Nurin hadn't followed.

"Where?" she asked hesitantly.

"Do you really have to ask again? It's a meeting—and a presentation. Understand?"

Nurin lowered her head and gave a reluctant nod.

"Let's go."

She quietly followed him into the elevator.

A few minutes later, they stepped out and walked down the hallway.

"Wait here," Harraz said before walking away.

Nurin stood nervously outside the conference room. Her heart pounded as countless thoughts raced through her mind.

Just then, Ash approached her with a smile.

"Nurin, congratulations."

"For what?"

"Didn't the boss tell you?"

Nurin shook her head.

Ash chuckled. "Well, today everyone is presenting their ideas for the Eco-City Project. Remember the draft you gave me? Yours was selected."

"What?" Nurin gasped, her eyes widening.

Ash laughed at her stunned expression.

"Wait, there's more. You have to present it in front of everyone."

Nurin looked around in panic.

"Why didn't anyone tell me?"

"Don't worry. I'm sure you can do it."

"But I'm completely clueless! How am I supposed to present?"

"It's simple," Ash said reassuringly. "Just like when you gave presentations at university. Show the slides and explain them. Or just speak from the heart. It's your design, after all. No one knows it better than you."

"But... I don't even have slides."

Panic returned to her face.

"Don't worry. Everything's been taken care of. We stayed up late last night preparing everything for you. We wanted to help because this is your chance."

He smiled encouragingly.

"I hope you won't let us down." Relief washed over Nurin's face.
"Really? Thank you, Ash. That's such a relief."

"Don't thank me," Ash replied with a grin. "Thank the boss. It was all his idea. Eric called me this morning and asked me to help you. He's out sick today."

Nurin smiled softly.

"Our boss is actually kind, isn't he?"

"Of course he is," Ash replied proudly.
