Chapter twelve-water fight

I could feel the cold, yet comforting water wrap around my body as I squeezed my eyes shut. My heart started to beat faster and faster the more I ran out of oxygen. After, I don't know how long, I couldn't breath anymore so I pushed myself to the surface and took a gasp of air, I rubbed the water off my eyes and opened them to see Danny standing with completely dry hair "really? You didn't even try" I said to Danny, "i didn't wanna get water in my eyes" he told me, I shook my head while smiling and looked over at Paul "looks like you won, you came up like two seconds after I did" he said laughing a little, I smiled. Then I quickly turned over to Danny and pushed him down in the water "hey!" Danny said standing up and fixing his hair, "whoops" I said laughing, Danny then tackled me down under water with him, when we both got up I had a mouth full of sea water, yum. I spit the water out of my mouth then all of a sudden all three of us were having a splash fight. After splashing water in each other's faces we decided it was time to head back, when we got back to Danny's house I went to the bathroom and changed back into my pyjamas and put my things back into my backpack. I went back out to the living room and stood against the wall to hopefully jump out and scare them, I waited quietly until I finally heard them walking towards the living room, I got ready and when they were closer I jumped out, "BO- AHHH" I squealed, in the middle of trying to scare them, they were trying to scare me!! They had flipping masks on! Danny and Paul fell to the floor laughing while I stood there trying to catch my breath, "holy shit you guys, I was trying to scare you!" I said, "you should have seen your face!!" Danny said while he tried to stop laughing. Paul stood up and caught his breath from all the laughing, he looked at me and smiled "you gotta admit that was pretty funny". I smiled, shook my head and rolled my eyes, I walked back to the middle of the living room and sat down in the middle of the Tumblr pillow and blanket set up thing. Danny slowly stood up of the ground and started to take some deep breaths until he finally contained himself then he Walked over to Paul and gave him a high five. Paul came over to sit with me and pulled out his phone as well, there was a brief awkward silence until Paul spoke "Soo.." he said awkwardly, "I'm bored" I said turning of my phone a placing in on the floor.
