Chapter fifteen- Did it hurt?

I got woken up by the sound of my moms voice "sweetie, Kiersten, honey get up, kierrrsten, come on wake up" she said while nudging me. I sat up and yawned "yeah" I said, "what are you doing here i thought you were at your new friends house?" She asked me, "yeah but his parents came home early in the morning and I was awake so they got kinda mad cause they don't even know me and Danny and Paul were out cold so Danny's parents sent me home and yeah" I explained. "oh. well alright, I have to go to work, you gonna be okay on your own?" She asked me, "yes mom I'll be perfectly fine" I told her, "okay bye I love you" she said giving me a kiss on the forehead, "love you too bye" I said as she left. "Well now what" I said looking around my empty room, "you know what I'm gonna take a afternoon nap" I curled back under the blankets and shut my eyes hoping to get some relaxation time until some idiot started throwing things at my window, "Who in the hell" I said getting out of bed and walking over to my window. When I opened the window and looked down i saw Paul, Paul? And it seemed he was throwing skittles... "Hey!" He said with a huge smile plastered on his face, I couldn't help but smile too. "What on earth are you doing Paul?" I questioned, "well I'm standing out side your window throwing skittles" he answered. "Well I know that silly, but why are you here?" I said, "I'm here cause when Danny and I woke up you weren't there and I missed you, and plus his parents wanted to talk with Danny alone" Paul answered. "okay well why don't you come over to the front door, I'll meet you there okay" I said starting to turn around, "No no no wait!" Paul said quickly, I looked back down at him and he was putting a ladder up against the house to my window, I didn't say anything I just giggled. He started to climb up the ladder and when he made it up to the window he pushed himself in and fell to the ground, I giggled even more and went to help him up "You good there?" I asked, "Yep I'm perfectly fine now that I see you" he replied smiling like a goof. I plopped myself on my bed "so what's up.." I said awkwardly. "Hey Kiersten, can I ask you something?" He asked sitting down on the bed right beside me, "yeah of course" I told him, "okay" he said, he cleared his throat and took a deep breath, "did it hurt?" He questioned, "you know when you fell from heaven" he continued, I started to laugh "your so cheesy" I said, "I know" Paul said starting to laugh too.
