Chapter twenty-cliffs

"What do you want for dinner?" Paul questioned me, "what? Dinner, what time is it?" I ask confused "It's almost eight o'clock" he replied, "dang, time flew by extremely quick" I said, "yep. so , dinner?" Paul asked again, "oh, I'm not really hungry" I told him, "oh, okay" he said, he sounded a little disappointed. We continued to walk till we reached the top of some cliff, "are you gonna push me off?" I asked Paul sarcastically, "ha ha no, I could never do anything like that to you" he answered a little too seriously, then he laid down on the grass and gestured for me to come over and lay with him, and I did, I laid down right beside him and cuddled up to him. For a while we just sat in silence admiring the sweet sounds of nature as the sun set. This felt like a movie, it just all feels so surreal, finally something in my life is going right, I still want to jump off this cliff but for once I'm not paying attention to that, and damn am I tired, I feel like I could probably fall asleep right here, outdoors in Paul's arms, so peaceful, so quiet, so relaxing. My thoughts drifted off then I feel asleep there in his warm comforting arms.
