A young girl in her 20's just kept her feet on her dear motherland after long 7 years. Her eyes wrenching for him to see. She can't wait anymore to meet her beloved family. She kept looking here and there until her eyes got stuck on a very handsome man in his 40's. His concerte jaw, perfect jelled hair,deep black orbs, hawkish nose, well built muscular body everythings still the same but a little more aged.
She dropped the luggages and rushed to him and before he could say anything took him into a bone crushing hug as she screamed,"Baba!".
"Meri bachchi!" He whispered and hugged his daughter. His most precious jem. He was crying hard so do his daughter. After a long crying session both parted as he hold her by shoulders.
"Kitni bari ho gayi hae meri beti...." He said with teary eyes and patted her head.
"Achcha....... Me dikhne me bari huye hu par huto Apki choti si Rudhi na....." She said and giggled.
"Bilkul.... Bachche Ma bap k lia hamesha chote hi rehte hai...." He said.
"Achcha achcha thik hae..... Ab rona bandh vhi kizia.... Me ya gayi huna... Agar log apko rote hua dekhenge to bollenge ye kon hai jisne Barrister Anirudh Roy Chowdhury ko rulaya...." She said and both brust to laughter.
"Thik hae Barrister Rudhita Parth Das...." Anirudh said.
"Ohaaa.... Baba apko apka promise yad hae na?" Rudhita said.
"Haa beta..... Ab ghar chale? Sab intezar kar rehe hai tumhara..." Anirudh said softly.
" Hae Baba chaliye..... Muje sabse milna hae.... Or sabse jayada Ma seeee....." Rudhita said and picked her luggage.
"Muje do me luggage utha ta hu...." Anirudh said while trying to carry Rudhita's luggage.
"Nehi.... Ap sayad jante nehi hae Barrister Anirudh Roy Chowdhury, ki me Rudhita Parth Das ko apna kam kudh karna pasand hae.." She said in a bossy tone making both of them laughing.
"Thik hae... Chalo...." Anirudh said and both reached the Rc mansion after 2 hours long journey.
Anirudh and Rudhita reached RC haveli... Before Anirudh could say her anything Rudhita rushed to the threshold where kaka, Som, Batuk, Binoy,Bihari and Koyeli was waiting impatiently for their Nur (light). Everyone's eyes got moist as they saw Rudhita after long 7 years. She absolutely look like Bondita. The same cheek, lip, long black hairs... She is just the reminiscent of her mother.
"Dadu! Grandpa! Chote Baba! Kaka! Bhari babu! Koyeli masi! Kese hae ap sab! Pata hae.. Mene apko kitna yad kiya? Bohot bohot bohot yaad kiya..... Or " Rudhita said.
"Are mera bachcha ruk jao ruk jao.... Kitna boligi tum? Pehle andar to ajao.." Binoy said.
"Ok Grandpa..." Ridhita said giggling.
"Are bahu..... Arti ki thali leo ayo... Apni beti ka achche sawgat nehi karogi kya?" Kaka said screaming.
"Ayi kaka sasurji...." Said a feminine voice. She was wrapped in a red Banarasee saree with heavy golden jewelleries. A thick line of Sindur in her partition. The choti malkin of the RC haveli. She came running with a thali in her hand. She stand before Rudhita and uttered with moist eyes , "Rudhi..."
"Ma!!!" Rudhita screamed with happiness. Tears rolled down her eyes as she saw her after long 7 years.
No sooner had She completed Rudhita's Arti Rudhita took her into a bone crushing hug. Both of them were crying their heart out. While everybody kept admiring the duo.
