*2 Months Later*
You sat in the living room, looking through old photo albums for the hundredth time. You just wanted to remember something. The only thing you knew is what Patrick told you. Apparently, you two were married and had two kids, a 4 year old named Mia, and a 10 year old named Dylan. You both had been together for 15 years and they were supposedly good. God, if only you hadn't gotten in your car that day you had the accident.
"(Y/N)?" Patrick asked peering in.
"Yeah, Patrick?" You replied.
"I just wanted to know how you were doing." You sighed and sat on the couch.
"Same as yesterday. Can't mother the children I don't even know and can't remember the memories that make my life." You answered bitterly. Patrick sighed and sat next to you.
"(Y/N), it's fine if you can't remember. The doctor said it would take time. You'll remember." Patrick said grabbing your hands in his.
"Patrick, I'm useless! I don't know anything and you're raising our children all by yourself. I'm so sorry I did this to you." I apologized with tears in your eyes.
"(Y/N), it's not your fault. 15 years ago when you said yes to being my girlfriend, I told you, it was us against the world. I meant it, even now." You smiled at Patrick's kind eyes.
"You know, I think I see what I saw in you. I guess I've always had a thing for guys with beautiful eyes." You smiled before pulling Patrick towards your lips. You kissed him softly and he kissed back. When you pulled away, Patrick smiled at you.
"So, I take it you remember me?" He asked.
"Nope, you're just impossible not to fall in love with." You smiled dreamily.
"Well, we've already fixed one problem. Wanna come to get pizza with me and the kids?"
"Sure." You and Patrick walked to the living room. When your kids saw you smiling, they ran and hugged you. Although you still didn't remember them, just being there felt right.
